I took a risk here. Google lensed a dead outdoor Sylvox TV remote after there shockinh customer service couldn't help. Found this bathroom remote and in works!!! Great service too. Thanks.

Straightforward transaction with no …

Straightforward transaction with no problems. My remote control was not reacting very quickly and when I contacted they immediately said we'll send a new one and a package to return the faulty one. Excellent service!!

Ordered two wi-fi mirrors,had a delivery issue but Jason in customer service was very quick to sort it out for me.Great to see a company that responds to

The 32 inch smart bathroom TV from Bathroom TV does not have built in waterproof speakers

Absolutely disgusted that we received a TV described as having waterproof internal speakers on the website and obviously key to us purchasing it, only to discover that it does not have internal speakers. Got straight on to the site wanting a full refund and their product collected only to be put off by one of their customer service team. He wasn't rude but clearly the product has been misdescribed and we purchased it based on that description. Therefore I want my money back immediately and this shouldn't be an issue so i can then go and purchase a product that does meet our requirements, i.e. a TV you can actually listen to! Will definitely not use this site again and will be offering this review to all social media so that people can be aware that this product is misdescribed.

We are very sorry about this we have made some upgrades to our products. Our 32inch and 42inch now have a built in amplifier and external waterproof speakers and the 19inch and 24inch have built in speakers.

You have been caught up in the change over of stock. The website is now up to date showing the correct details.

As was just discussed and agreed on the phone with Paul. We will be sourcing you the original TV with built in speakers so that the exact product you purchased online is supplied to you.

It was a genuine mistake at our end during a transitional period of a new model, the website team did not update the website in time with our stock of the new model coming in. We have been established since 2009 and have sold many thousands of bathroom TVs and would never intentionally try to miss lead our customers.

I have no reservations in recommending this company. Jason from the sales team has been extremely informative regarding the products available and his customer service skills have been excellent regarding a minor problem which I encountered. Thank you to the Bathroom TV Company.
