Good local business. If you need a high end quality bathroom this is the place for you. I got cross water taps, Bauhaus sink, to name but a few. It’s all beautiful, and the quote came in at about £100 more than bathstore. Delivery was exactly as planned. I’ve used them for 1 bathroom, 1 cloak room, and 1 en-suite. I have one more bathroom to go and will use them again. Definitely 100% worth the slight increase in price for the superb bathrooms supplied.

I was struggling to source a Crosswater tap cartridge from plumbing stores in Plymouth and on-line businesses for four days. I called Mark at Bathroom Village who had the relevant item in his display tap and offered to sell it to me immediately. Mark and his team were very courteous and professional and saved me from a simple issue that was becoming quite stressful. Mark explained that Bathroom Village has no problems sourcing Crosswater spares and that they will gladly help and advise on our bathroom equipment.

New Customer to Bathroom Village
I hadnt been to the showroom in Ashton Gate before even though its nearby. Staff were very helpful and identified a suitable mirror and bath panel quickly against our requirements. Order arrived within 3 days and both are good quality and fitted already. Will be returning for a mirror cabinet this week.
Can recommend products and service.

Great range of quality products at competitive prices.
I had done some research on various bathroom outlets online and decided to visit the Plymouth Bathroom Village showroom as they seemed to have a wide range of quality products. We were not disappointed! My husband and I were immediately greeted and our enquiry was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. The range available was not the cheapest but was good quality at competitive prices which is what we were looking for. We made our purchases and will certainly be back for more goods as we have a big project to undertake. Would highly recommend this company.

Bought a new bathroom suite from the Bristol branch. I found the sales team to be very helpful and informative and the branch stocked a wide selection products at a great price. I'd like to thank Brennan Shaw in particular for the great work he did in sorting out a post installation problem with an LED bathroom mirror.

Ordered goods on the 20th March and still no dispatch of product on the 28th March. Phoned and all you get told is dispatch will email when dispatched. I am calling to find out when I will get the product, any reasonable date will suffice. Now I am two weeks behind as will need to order from somewhere else.
How is anyone meant to finish a bathroom if you don't know when it's going to arrive!

We do our best to get items out to our customers as quickly as possible, however, if items are out of stock here and with our suppliers, we have to wait until they are available. I'm sure you can understand that the items we sell are not standard products like t-shirts or mass products electrical items. They can be fragile, heavy and take longer to build due to the quality and craftsmanship. We are at times at the mercy of our suppliers as are all of the bathroom companies in the UK there who supply their products.
