Jen Haynor has done an excellent job in acting for us during a recent property purchase. She was professional, extremely efficient and pro-active; able to anticipate where they may be problems. We had to take Battens to the ombudsman for mis handling the will of a family member. We won and they had to pay compensation. They don't apolagise, despite being proven to be wrong. Never use this company, they made a very difficult situation very much worse.
