Great place to get a car battery, Ive just bought my second battery here and its been a seamless experience both times.

Great customer service, I made a mistake with the delivery postcode but the staff at BMS contacted the couriers and was delivered to the correct address.

Excellent price, way cheaper than the other motor factors, even with my trade card Halfords was 30% more expensive for the same battery. Delivered next day, if you're happy to fit the battery yourself then this is a great option.

The only downside is that if you get a faulty battery or want to make a warrenty claim, the returns process is awkward, but for the price difference its worth the risk.

Very poor communication regarding delivery - which was delayed by 4 days due to their courier DX. The battery was eventually delivered but without transit plugs in and the courier stored it and delivered it on its side so the acid leaked out. A replacement was sent out with plugs this time however the courier did not deliver it on the day the tracking said but the day after (which meant I had to cancel an appointment while I waited). When it arrived the next day it was again on its side despite clear markings stressing that it had to remain upright. Luckily it had transit plugs this time so hopefully it will be OK to use. BMS charge a lot for delivery so they should ensure that they use a trustworthy company. It took just over a week to actually receive a battery after paying a premium for delivery.
Apart from that the battery price was low and the replacement handled without fuss.

Excellent service battery ordered delivery scheduled next day and also cheapest on the internet what a could find then also found a discount code to go on top of that so saved £280 on the battery

Very happy with my order from BMS Technologies. Good price and good communication. However not so happy with the delivery company (DX). Waited in during and beyond the 2 hour slot they had given me. Could see that the courier was in the vicinity - but then nothing. No delivery, and no communication until the next day when I was given another slot. Thankfully they delivered that time.

I was let down by 3 other suppliers for a heavy duty tractor battery. Having then discovered BMS they delivered promptly, with good communication - and at a better price.

Spoke with a customer service agent, William, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Gave some fantastic advice and assured me that the delivery would happen the next day.
Overall my experience has been outstanding and the price point is unbelievably good for a quality product. Would highly recommend BMS Technologies LTD.

Ordering the battery was easy online. Getting it delivered was difficult and frustrating. I waited at home on the day delivery was expected, but no delivery so waste of a day.

Phoned BMS and told I needed to speak to accounts. So spoke to accounts girl and she investigated and said it was still there. Although the delivery address was correct the Service was marked as "Collection". Obviously nobody at BMS queried this contradiction. So I asked that it was despatched that day. Waited at home next day (next day delivery) but no delivery - another day wasted.

Phoned again next day but girl I spoke to wasn't available and I was promised a callback. No call received.

Phoned next working day and asked for sales. Spoke to a man there who looked into the problem and told me the battery would be delivered tomorrow. And it was delivered the next day. At last!!!

Good service, well packed and would definitely use again. Although deducting one star as since parts of my order had different shipping dates they wanted to charge me 3 shipping fees (£22.50). So I made the order above £150 to get free shipping and they waited until all items were in stock and sent one parcel. Why isn't there an option to do this with smaller orders?

I have used BMS Technologies for vehicle batteries for a long time and always had good service and a fair price. A true test of a company is how they deal with an issue, even when it's not there fault.

I ordered a battery for my defender and it arrived promptly as always. I discovered that it would not fit in the battery box, returning the battery they checked against the vehicle registration to confirm it was the correct specification, which it was. I showed the battery I had removed as a pattern and within 5 minutes they produced an identically sized battery, I paid and was on my way.

The refund for the original battery was in my account within two days. What a first class company with customer service that a lot of companies could learn from.

I had to make a warranty claim on a battery I had bought from BMS. I called in and was dealt with Kieran, who was very helpful. He explained the process, I provided the information and my replacement battery was provided very promptly. Very impressed with the service, will use BMS again.

Five star Service with five star technical support thank you Ryan five star prices they will not be beaten on any victim product and your point from backbone Victron energy in the UK they are the largest distributors and the best distributors so helpful free Delivery which is unheard of now and their backup service is five star as well so thank you very much. What more can I say if you’re gonna buy Victron buy from these guys because they are simply the best.

I was waiting 2 days for the battery and when I rang BMS I was told unfortunately the courier had not even collected it from there depot - unbelievable that no one follows up orders to confirm dispatch 🤷‍♂️
