Amazing service from the initial phone enquiry that was well after normal office hours to next day delivery cannot fault this company. Helpful friendly knowledgeable staff who provided fabulous service. Within seconds of placing order I had email confirmation providing details of order and delivery.

Needed a replacement battery for my mother's mobility scooter. Battery Trader were simply fantastic. With little time left before a holiday I didn't want my mum to be stuck at home with no means of getting out and about. Battery Trader allowed me to drop off the battery pack in person, replacing the battery almost immediately, charge, test, then phoning me to say it was ready for collection only a couple of hours later. The team there are professional, welcoming and give an excellent customer service. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

Bought an 18v 3AH NiMH battery for my old Dewalt drill. Having looked on line the originals were no longer available and a lot of the clone ones looked low quality or had bad reviews. This company looked OK so I chanced it. The battery I was sent looks to be well made and certainly packs a punch. Early days but this looks like an excellent battery.

Fantastic customer service and rapid response to customers queries, even on Sunday, which is exceptional.

Purchase two thursday because I got told next day delivery.
Never arrived, so I rang and got told they have bent over backwards to pull all the strings to get them to me on a Saturday delivery with no extra charge,also heard nothing and never arrived.
Arrived Tuesday.
So I was left all over the bank holiday weekend with no batteries for the scooter so couldn't go anywhere.
I purchased more elsewhere from someone who could deliver on time.
When trying to refund it seems you get charged courier fees and possibly re stocking charges.
I will sell them on privately as I can't be bothered with the hassle of dealing with them again.
I have recieved (31/08/23) a email prompting me to give battery trader more info to who I am.
Based on what I have written and stated I have been left all over the bank holiday. Im sure that must indicate who I am.....unless I am not the only one that got let down!
Probably working through a back log of unhappy customers by the sounds of it!

Easy to order and quick delivery and at a good price. I've had one of these chargers in the past and they are a great battery charger and very good quality.

I bought a replacement battery for my Bosch grass strimmer . I opted for one that was slightly more powerful than the original and it was sent very quickly. It makes my machine work perfectly, seems better now than when it was new. Pleased they also provided a leaflet explaining best way to look after this battery re charging etc. Would use firm again if needed a battery in the future.
