Ordered some mobility scooter batteries over festive period as mine have packed in. I asked for advice on which to get on Boxing Day none the less and the gentleman was very helpful, provided me with information, sent them out the same day I ordered , had them arrive a few days later. I emailed to ask when they would come very fast response every time I contacted. My batteries did not have enough Velcro , again emailed and replied very quickly to my enquiry and sent more Velcro out. Absolutely amazing company. The customer service was better than any I’ve ever had, this company was an absolute lifeline I needed my batteries quickly as I’m severely disabled and rely on my scooter to get out of the house. I would recommend this company everytime ! They don’t just sell scooter batteries they sell for other things too . If you’re looking for a good honest company and the confidence of customer service with internet shopping look no further. Amazing prices , amazing quality product and an amazing online shopping experience with customer service like no other…. Look no further!

This customer is posting the same negative review in as many places as he can, here is what we have replied elsewhere.
Client ordered a motorcycle battery on the 8/5/2024, then one calendar month later stated the connections are bent, He stated this was during delivery and only just opened the parcel. We pointed out that there is a window of 7 days to report any losses of damage during delivery because that’s the rules of the courier company for any claim, further its stated in our terms and conditions of purchase, but send us pics of the packaging and the label and we will see what we can do to help.
Not sure why this review has been posted, or at what stage our service has been a terrible service, delivered next working day, or our customer relations shocking, unless of course when told that he would post a negative review to all his biker friends we hoped he would tell the whole story, not just half of it.
The offer is still open to the client, send us the pictures as requested and we will see what we can do, negativity is not going to help anyone.
