Bought a washing machine 2.5 years ago and the integrated washer dryer decided to break down at the end of the cycle with a fully loaded washing machine and full of water. Its little computer never really worked properly, either. This is no age for a washing machine to just break down irretrievably.

Completely rubbish!
Bought a brand new oven, and used for 3 months only and out of order, requested for repair services over 2 months, no response and refuse to repair and honour for warranty. Attitude of staff was extremely poor and disappointed, will never buy this brand, and i just throw away as rubbish and cant do anything. Baumectic is the worest appliances co in the world. Never buy this brand again!!!!

Cheap dishwasher ok. Filter plate has warped & is letting food through to block arms. Cannot find replacement. Don't bother buying baumatic.
Update.
Got sick to back teeth of having to clean the arms and re-wash pots. Tried to buy a replacement. Difficult to find but sourced an identical plastic replacement £35. No no no. Many hours on the internet & I found out it's the same fit as many hoover/candy ones. Managed to source a second hand metal plate. Joy!
I don't think I'll bother with baumatic again

Absolutely horrendous company , selling faulty white goods.Two of their products in less than two months , both faulty!!

This company are a waste of time. Don’t go or warranties and our 6 month old tumble dryer is an absolute waste of money. Absolute rubbish to begin with but has packed up completely and if you want to bang your head against a wall then you’ll have fun trying to get any sense from Baymatic.

Finally replaced our Baumatic fridge freezer after 14 years of excellent service.
Looking at the reviews it seems the quality of this company since being bought out has dropped somewhat since our purchase.

Poor availability of warrant repair staff, and poor service, for our 4 month old Baumatic washing machine. This was despite us making clear that the situation was urgent because we have a small baby and need to clean clothes on a very frequent basis.

We were told that a repair would be done on site if possible, and that ordered parts would be 2-5 days. The engineer refused to come up to the flat because they couldn't park outside, and asked for a video of the washing machine instead. We were then told that it would be two weeks before they would come back to try and repair.

We now have a very difficult two weeks ahead, with no easy way to keep our baby's clothes clean.

Bought cooker jan 22 and may 22 it stopped working I have to wait 2 weeks to be fixed with no cooker and no way to cook food I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company won’t buy this make again AVOID

After two years of having baumatic dishwasher the baskets started to rust. I was told by the customer service that it is due to my careless. I purchased another two new baskets (which cost me over £100) and the same thing happened 2 years later. Rust on both baskets . I have always watched the items I put to my dishwasher, all of them are dishwasher friendly, and I always clean my dishwasher well so no grease or dirt is left in the pipes. I called the baumatic customer service again and was told that it is because I am in a hard water area. FYI the whole South of England is in the hard water area so I am guessing everyone should have exactly the same issue. I will not buy from them again as the products are made poorly. Very low quality.

Would not honour 2 year warranty, as they said they could not find any record of us registering with them which i always do.
I will never buy of any of their products or any firm that is connected to them, avoid at all costs.

I purchased a baumatic integrated fridge freezer and as soon as the warranty had expired it failed intermittently this is the worst type of fault as it fails and everything de frosts and 4 hours later it starts again and freezes again then works for a week and does it again you just cannot trust baumatic to be reliable avoid their products completely

Please save yourself the heartache and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE HOOVER/CANDY GROUP.
I won't bore you with my story as it is scarily identical to all the previous reviews but it does beg the question...is this company on a suicide mission, a crusade to infuriate every past, present and (potential) future customer. When you think of Hoover/Candy/Baumatic think of them as a cross between Laurel & Hardy and Freddy Kruger rolled into one. The chocolate fireguard of the white goods industry.
Traditionally these companies where market leaders, but seriously folks do your homework when it come to replacing your kitchen appliances the Samsungs and LG's of the world are a far better option when it comes to reliability and customer service.

In the spring of this year a new Baumatic 60cm hob was installed at my 88 year old father's home. I have since come to care for him and find that the hob has several safety issues, which I have found impossible to bring to the manufacturer's attention..
1. The rectangular shape of each burner area with the burners offset to the sides makes it difficult to position pans centrally over the burner, to the extent that pans can tip over with a risk of spilling hot contents.
2. With the knobs at the front, the depth from front to back of each burner area is reduced, such that a large frying pan on a rear ring touches the tiled splashback and is not central over the burner.
3. So, if a large frying pan is placed centrally over a front burner it overhangs the knob, making it difficult to adjust the knobs without a risk of burnt fingers.
4. With the front right burner on full under any pan, it is difficult to adjust the knob without a risk of a burnt hand/fingers.

They offer poor customer service for poor dangerous products.

Omg. Where do I start. I bought an electric oven with a great warranty, within the 1st year 3 call outs. Fan. Thermostat. Then the engineer didn't know what was wrong. It has never cooked properly at all, then the oven door shattered. They wanted to repair it, wouldn't provide a new one and stated if they deemed it my fault there would be a £129 call out fee. Its in the bin. Do not buy from Baumatic you are wasting precious time and money. Customer service is awful. An all round horrendous experience

Integrated dishwasher failed just after 1yr..Now spending hours on the phone to get someone to repair it. I have more important things in life to deal with. Never again buy anything from this brand...

NEVER - NEVER TOUCH A BAUMATIC PRODUCT AGAIN.

I purchased one of these back in December 2020, as we were revamping the kitchen. We previously had a Pro-Line model from Currys which was absolutely brilliant, and never faulted in the 5 years it was installed. The only reason it was replaced is that I damaged it getting it out (integral), due to some wood expansion on nearby cupboards and flooring. Currys didn't have the models we wanted in stock (pressures of Covid and supply chain), so went to AO and found this Baumatic. No wonder they were in stock, obviously people have encountered how bad they are before.

Read the reviews on here, I wish I had. I haven't been able to get through to customer service, but I have a problem with the dishwasher, nothing major, but after 6 months it is total rubbish. Basically the top spray arm has split, so the water pressure is now gone, and the dishwasher doesn't wash. We noticed a couple of days ago it was beginning to leave stains in the cups, so I checked for blockages in the spray arm but couldn't see any. Today the wife said it had hardly cleaned at all, so I looked inside and spotted the problem straight away. The top spray arm had split in half, and this is within 6 months of use. I am sure under warranty, but when you can't get through to anyone, and you need a fast repair what do you do. I have ordered a new one elsewhere, ok, only £20, but I never bought a washer arm for the old dishwasher in 5 years. The only thing that had was a door seal.

To be honest since we bought this Baumatic it has been a pain, even though the cupboard front has been fitted perfectly, and the dishwasher installed properly, the door occasionally moves over and catches the cupboard next to it, due to flimsy hinges.

So if you value your money, go and buy a different bargain brand. Baumatic may save you on the purchase price, but in the long run, there will be stress and expense. To be honest if anything else fails on this piece of rubbish, it is coming out to be be replaced with another Currys bargain unit.

I was delivered with faulty dishwasher and upon contacting customer care, I was told that technician will visit after 15 days. The technician has visited twice and the product still is not fixed.

I bought 90 CM ceramic hob less than 4 weeks.
It is extremely bad product.
1- hi electricity consumption
2- bad quality prints on glass
3- very bad customer support
4- the hob looks like very old despite the use only for 3 weeks

Total waste of time. I have been trying for over a year to contact them as I have a dishwasher that is basically falling apart. They dont reply to emails and don't answer their phones.
Don't waste your money on Beaumatic.
