I'm writing this review based on a year's use. The temperature guage is absolutely hopeless. For example if you set it to 180 (all as the instructions) it will then after 10 minutes jump to 220, conse... See more

Warranty reg. no G3X 0002708
Oven broke within warranty period. That in itself isn't a problem - these things happen.
I've already had four engineers visits, who have all been unable to diagnose the problem. The oven cuts out with a bang, and the lights throughout the flat flicker - the last engineer said this was a clear safety risk, yet Baumatic keep sending people out to fiddle with it and tell me it's fixed.
I've had to call customer services dozens of times, I'm waiting in from work for a 5th time tomorrow for an engineer's visit, and every time I call they spend more time trying to flog me overpriced insurance than actually trying to sort their defective product.
