So helpful! My glasses had bent and Bayfields repaired them quickly and put on a new plastic ear hook free of charge. I enjoyed the experience. One person did all the tests. I was not sent from one to another as had been my previous experience at a different place. I was given guidance on choosing the best spectacles for my needs. All the time, I was made to feel important. Not just a commodity.

I had my annual eye check and scan. The optometrist noticed quite a change in prescription for one eye and a possible problem with the retina. She referred me to the ophthalmology department of our local hospital. I walked home and whilst having a coffee the hospital rang asking me to come in the next day. Next day I had a consultation with the specialist and I'm now being monitored for any further changes in the retinal scan.
My thanks to the optometrist for spotting the problem!
A week later my Lindberg frames were returned, reglazed.

I was given a comprehensive series of scans which identified a couple of issues which I was not previously aware of and advice on how to identify any changes to my vision that should be notified straight away. The vision test was much more effective than previous tests which used individual lenses into a spectacle frame holder leading to a very accurate lense definition . I am looking forward to receiving my new prescription glasses

I was told my hearing aid had wax blocking it but my ear was not checked for wax also am finding hearing very difficult using my mobile.Having paid £4000 on purchasing these aids .The right ear hearing aid has been returned for repairs I am still not sure that my aids are really improving my hearing to the extent that these were the Very Best
