I found this company on the internet last week. I think I remember using them regularly about 20 years ago when they stocked Prada. I couldn’t believe their prices of True Religion! Seemed too good to be true. I bought jeans & t- shirt & expected disappointment & aggravation. However I’m thrilled to report the clothing arrived within a few days. The jeans are perfect fit & beyond a bargain! T-shirt is perfect too. I highly recommend & you can buy with confidence. Order ref 2001539976.

Customer service not great
I got a late Christmas present from my mother. I contacted on the 10th of January to say I hadn't even tried the jeans on and would like to return them as I knew they weren't right for me. It turns out the date for returns was the 6th.
I didn't want a refund, I wanted to exchange the jeans for another pair. The website was still selling the jeans I did not want so it should not have been too much of a grievance for them.
Customer Service said I could not return them so I sent another email to see if there was anything they could do and I didn't get a response.
Not good customer service.

Our returns policy was extended for Christmas returns to allow customers to return any presents back to us.
Unfortunately when you contacted us the return was outside of this extended policy and therefore could not be accepted back for an exchange or refund.

Delivery issues
The clothing and pricing is great but the delivery company are poor, they have lost 2 separate items of mine, the last one was a birthday present, may have to look somewhere else.

I sent back 2 items of clothing
I sent back both items of clothing, on the 5th of January and was still billed my next clearway payment 2-3 days later. I have still yet to be refunded over 2 weeks after I sent them back recorded special delivery. So I know you received the goods back as I have an email explaining I have been refunded when infact you are still trying to charge me for the returned items through clearway which is outrageous. I will stay clear of this company and any brother apps yous/run aswell. I will make sure nobody I know buys from yous, nothing but a headache from the start of the purchase. Can yous please sort out my refund as I could really be doing with the money back, times are hard enough as it is.

Apologies you haven't received your refund.
I can confirm your returned item was received by us on the 12th of January, and refunded the next working day on the 13th of January for the amount of £69.75.
Clear Pay refunds can take between 7-10 days to complete. Unfortunately once we have issued it on our end we don't have any control on how fast Clear Pay get the funds back to you as they are their own payment provider.
If you still have not received your refund you will need to get in contact with Clear Pay.
