Bought a Fred Perry t-shirt to match…

Bought a Fred Perry t-shirt to match others I have in the same style. Looks fake to me. I have emailed the company but no response.

App states the order failed to be processed and no money is taken, yet this is a lie with them processing the order each time i tried.

Tried to order an item on the app which once passed the payment check it said the order failed and no payment would be taken, yet upon trying multiple times to get it to work it actually did work.

They then processed the payment/order 4 times for this item despite the message repeating itself stating 'it failed to process the order and no money was taking' when it actual fact they did process the order whilst taking my money.

Still waiting full refunds for all orders.

Unfortunately due to a system error, orders on the app have been taking orders but stating it has not been successful.

I have brought from BBC before and item…

I have brought from BBC before and item are made for outlets ( hence they are cheaper) I have no complaint about that . but the unlimited delivery I paid for does not seems to work at checkout , Its asking for delivery charges ... I need to pay and then request refund .. i am not using BBC until they sort the delivery

As your order was placed on the 06/01/23. As the delivery service was 3-5 working days, your order was due to arrive on or before Friday the 13th of January. I can confirm your parcel was delivered to your selected pickup shop a day earlier than promised on the 12th of January.

Unfortunately as you did not contact us to let us know the incorrect item had been received, we were not able to assist you with the return. We will be in contact via email to find out if the incorrect item was sent, if this is the case we will be happy to cover your return postage charge.
