My Review is for a particular member of staff named Simran who I felt had excellent communication skills and was very easy to talk to and just a very accommodating person.

I chose to do my PT Level 2 and 3 through Be a Better You after a recommendation from a friend. I liked the fact I could do the majority remotely and it was flexible enough to do in my own time as when I signed up, I had an 8 month old so a lot of my study was done at night. The sign up experience was very easy and I received my course work quickly.
The tutorial support I got from Chris was excellent, I am the sort of person who likes to discuss a topic and he was always on hand to answer my questions, even after quite a few phone calls! All the tutors seemed very knowledgeable, experienced and up to date which is what you need in a fast moving industry. The course itself was well put together, materials were OK and you tube tutorials useful. The reason I haven't given a 5/5 is due to that I felt as a remote student, with no fellow students to bounce ideas off, I needed a bit more from the materials. The Powerpoint presentations needed class notes and/or guidance alongside to make the slides make sense and possibly some exercises to do to help reaffirm the learning. There was the option to join a webinar but i wasn't able to attend these at the times available. I still thought it was good and I managed with what I had but there may be scope to review the online learning offering, maybe setting up some e-learning modules which can be accessed anytime.
Assessment wise, this was very well organised and both gyms I went to were easy to find and well equipped. Although nervous I was made to feel at ease and encouraged to do my best. It was great to get my results on the day too!

Overall I would recommend Be a Better You to others, mainly for the organisation of the course, the fact I could do it flexibly and for the tutors. I did have a great experience.

Awesome course. Well scripted and organised, lots of easily digest3d information about the body and how it works on all accounts. Great teahers, wouldn't have found a better load of tutors for the job. Honestly a breeze, fun, personalities matched perfect with us as students i feel so it was easy to have a bit of fun as the course proceeded, we all got on well, made friends, sure we will all dtay in touch in the future. Matt & Chris were awesome parteners in crime for level 3, and also Craig for level 2 was just a stand up guy, knew his stuff and delivered it in a professional way.

Firstly I'd like to say that my tutor Chris was incredibly supportive and knowlagable, if i had any problems in understanding the course material Chris was on hand to talk me through and ensure that I had a good understanding of the topic/subject by the end of any convocations we had via email or phone call.
I decided on the distance learning study option, meaning I done all my studying and course work at home. All my text books, web turtorials, date for my online webanars and power points were sent to me swiftly so I could start the course as soon as possible.
The dead Lines for each of the three work books were set at the start of my course so I could create a structured time table for my study. I found it easy to study around my children and work.
During the run up to my only practical assessment I took a bout of ill health due to me being an on going cancer patient. Be A Better You were fantastic and understanding when I informed them I would have to take the best part of five months off to recover. THANK YOU BE A BETTER YOU...

My practical assessment wratteled my nerves as I was awating my assessment time to roll around. The gym facilities my practical assessment was held in were brilliant! Fire exits, phone and first aid box where easily found. The option to have a look around the gym before my assessment to familiarise myself with the equipment and locate the equipment I needed to use was offered more than once.
During my assessment my assessor did not hover over me, he just lingered a few paces back listening to the instructions I was giving my client. When the assessment was over my assessor happily told me I had passed and then went on to tell me what I did well and offered some advice on how to be the best of the best.

Over all my experience with be a better you was second to none and I shall be using this education provider to study my level 4

I was very pleased with the course, now that I have finished I feel like I have the basic knowledge to build upon and progress in the fitness industry. It is a short intense course but the tutors were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Matt, Chris and Craig.

I really enjoyed taking this course with BABY and having Matt and Chris as tutors were great. They were passionate, knowledgeable and teaching us stuff that would help us after we get qualified not just help us pass the assessment. The only constructive feedback I have is on the text book and assignment books, they weren't really organised and I found it confusing, ended up not using the text book. Overall, I learned the importance of being inclusive to train different people and I also discovered a lot about myself which is helping me with my fitness journey. Thanks!

Excellent services and guidance information provided. Timescale of responses to contact made to Tutor was relatively quick and convenient. Overall great education and learning tools provided.

I had a really good experience with "Be a better you" team. My mentor Chris was very responsive and helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is learning material, since in my opinion it wasn't based on latest research. But overall I had no problem, everything went well and I am really happy I got my PT certificate. Thank you very much!

Just finished my L2/3 distance learning course and am very happy with the content, learning and tutors. Both of my tutors Remus and Gail were very forthcoming when assistance was required, not to mention very knowledgeable. Also the staff I had contact with in the office (Alison and Hayley) were also very helpful. Despite running over the allotted time, this was not an issue as long as my tutors could see I was still making progress and this understanding was greatly appreciated. Would definitely consider another course with Be A Better You.

I completed my level 2 and 3 Personal Training course through these guys and I have to say the level of care from staff was amazing.

Being able to contact my tutor at any time with questions about the coursework was fantastic. The quality of the course material was great as well. The option to use their e-learning platform was super helpful for when I wanted to study on-the-go on my laptop.

I'd highly recommend these guys for your training course, they really care about the students experience and genuinely want to see you succeed after you complete the course.

Do not do distant learning with this company!!!!

I have just finished my Level 2 and Level 3 Fitness Instructing and personal training with this company. It was a stressful and miserable experience. Here's some reasons why.

- Terrible tutor that didn't teaching me anything. They were constantly making mistakes and didn't know what they were doing. (I taught myself everything online)
- The resources and workbooks were badly written with many spelling mistakes.
- My tutor failed to give all the resources until I had nearly completed my Level 2. ( I could have passed so much quicker with less stress.)
- It takes 15 working days for replies to your emails! ( Even if it's a simple question.)
- I had to email the management to get anything done because of my tutors incompetence.
- My work wasn't marked in time for my practical assessments even though my tutor knew when they were.
- I met other distance learners at the practical exams and they all said they're experience was terrible and they wished they did classes instead.

Yeah so in general I can't believe I paid for the experience. Everything about it apart from the practical exams was shockingly bad and I would say to anyone thinking about it, go to another company or make sure you do classes and not distance learning. Absolutely terrible.

Our teacher was amazing and very informative. I was told we would learn about making a website for becoming a personal trainer which did not happen. And would have been useful. Otherwise was very good course. Maybe spread out more? I would rather 8 weeks every Saturday

Fab knowledgeable tutors, work marked and returned swiftly. Although a few niggles with dates and location for practicals, all were dealt with and reslolved and thoroughly enjoyed the course. Massive thanks to Alicja for being a fantastic tutor, the admin team and the assessors. Now a qualified PT! Happy bunny! 😀

Amazing Personal Training course provider. The staff is very friendly and very willing to help you. The Be A Better You team is consisted of professionals who are very quick to respond with helpful information. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to undertake any qualifications in the fitness industry.

I've completed the online course a couple of months ago. The whole experience was very pleasant and the response time to my questions was very short. Overall excellent experience. My friend started the same course recently and she's enjoying it also.
