Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. I have been zero cost to their business other than nurture emails in their system. I have never had anymore than maybe 10 emails back and forth with them and they just terminate the course - hidden in their terms and conditions. I was taking this at my own pace and now I have just wasted my money and time doing this. They should be ashamed of themselves. What cost am I to their business? None. I was finishing their course. They could have had another graduate - but instead asked me to re-enrol. IE. - pay again.

Don’t waste your money bad customer…
Don’t waste your money bad customer service all round, very nice when it’s time to take the payment but once they get the money the standards drop very sharply.
No support or replies to emails still waiting on a reply after months of waiting I’m going to contract student finance to request to be reimbursed if I don’t hear something soon.
You are paying for a 9 - 5 class but your lucky if it’s 10 - 1 of any real work and most of it is going home and doing it yourself.
I really recommend paying more and getting it done the first time because I feel I will have to go back and sign up to do the course with a better company once I get my student finence back.

Avoide if you dont want to waste money
One of the most disappointing academic institutions I have ever dealt with, their staff is sarcastic and when challenged they make passive aggressive counter statements. The content of the course is poor, the tutor does not understand fundamental principles of training like Time Under Tension (TUT). Even after being rated by their peers on social media I still did not get n resolve. They also take a significant amount of time to answer emails or content submissions, over 4 weeks to reply on ever instance, and only after being chased. Avoid them at all cost there are way better trainers out there. And the online study is extremely poor and there is no existing technology architecture, you are send power points and PDFs.
