On two separate occasions I have needed assistance with My Sony TV having caused the faults accidentally myself.
On the first occasion Ben sorted the problem and yesterday Collin,with great patience steered me through the many options and and corrected the errors. Such a relief to have it all perfect once more!

Not only were they patient and helpful, they were able to sell me the exact item I’d been looking for (but which had been sold out everywhere else) and at a fantastic price.

A great experience with helpful, knowledgeable staff. Many thanks to Matt for getting us a good deal on our washing machine. Additionally, the extra charge for delivery, installation and removal the old machine was well worth it. The delivery team very diligently cleaned marks from the floor and spent time lining integrated door panels perfectly. Very happy to come home and find a perfectly installed washing machine.

Best price of product I could find anywhere, and great service.

Quick phone calls to me from friendly real human people, just to check in on the details and to let me know when delivery would be happening.

Just for awareness - free delivery doesn't actually include all parts of the UK and there's a £20 surcharge for national delivery - but I feel this is entirely reasonable and delivery all went like clockwork.

It's usually price OR service - but it's great to get both in one package!

We went to the beacon electrical shop to purchase a cooker for the lady I look after. Kieran was extremely helpful and the shop should be proud of his conduct throughout the time we spent in the shop.

My washing machine broke a few days before Christmas.
I phoned and spoke to Cavan in the Kingsbridge branch and he went through some options and ordered one for me.
He did his best to see if they could fit in a delivery before Christmas, but there was nothing available, so he booked me in for the 28th, which was great.
On the day of delivery, the team phoned when they were on their way to let me know they would be arriving soon. They installed it and put on a test wash to make sure it was all running okay and they took the old one away.

Beacon said they would have it back in stock within 3 weeks. Their price was one of the most competitive and they posted for free .. from Devon to Norfolk.

Moreover they called me personally within a day of my order to reassure
me about the order and delivery.

Dehumidifier has arrived, well packed and works well. This - refreshingly - feels like good old fashioned customer care of old.

I am so grateful I found this company; their customer service is absolutely fantastic. I've had the absolute best experience with these guys ordering an oven just before Christmas. They always answered the phones quickly and sorted any issues or queries I had.

They even emailed me before I had managed to make the purchase when I had payment issues. I then had an issue with the oven (absolutely nothing to do with them, manufacturer's fault), which they sorted out for me in under 15 minutes. It's genuinely made my day how well it's all been dealt with and how stress-free they've made things.

I hope the owner of this company appreciates how lucky he is to have such great staff. It's so incredibly rare to deal with businesses these days that still give this much attention to each individual customer. I cannot recommend these guys enough; I will be going straight to these guys for anything else I need in the future based on the customer care alone.

We bought our new fridge freezer from Beacon Electrical. They had the one we wanted, made our purchase really easy with delivery at a convenient time, all for a good price. The staff have good product knowledge, are polite and helpful and took great care on delivery. Couldn’t ask for more from our local electrical shop.

I would have given zero star if I could.
I ordered a washer dryer which stated in stock and was booked for delivery. I get a text the day before the item is meant to be delivered to say no stock I am now without a washing machine and have a 6 month old. When I called Beacon they didnt seemed bothered and just blamed their supplier and it isn't their fault. Now I have to wait for their supplier to cancel the order before refunding me so will have to wait longer for my refund.
When it says they have items in stock they don’t they contact their suppliers after taking your money to see if they can source them. NOT HAPPY. Do not trust them !!!!!
