Purchased bed base and headboard.
First delivery failed - apparently van broke down but I see a pattern of reviews here so I don’t think I was told the truth!
Second delivery - headboard wrong and poorly made. Base was fine.
3 weeks later - complained and got new date for correct headboard delivery. Looked like I’d made it myself!
In the end I paid a local upholsterer to sort the mess out.
Avoid unless you have time for disappointment and hassle.

Excellent service in store, got what I wanted, delivered quickly. Equivalent easy lift double ottoman base in a nearby store was more than twice the price I paid. Delighted customer.

i bought a mattress topper from this company which took 12 days to arrive after purchase after sending numerous emails. when it finally arrived it was just left in my garden in the pouring rain,? i didnt know it had been left the day before, buyer beware of this company !! the mattress topper claiming to be memory foam couldnt remember who had bought it never mind be comfortable its the worst thing ive ever bought, it curls up at the ends when any weight is put on it and it is not 3inches thick as its claimed to be, maybe its lost a bit weight walking from the place it came from it took that long it lost its memory.

Worst company had the misfortune to deal with! My mother ordered Bed and was phoned by the company with delivery date. No show, no notification as to why, She waited 3 hrs trying to get through the next day. Just a sorry no explanation, given another day .. didn’t come! I phoned for her to cancel and get refund as had no confidence it would turn up! Took a few attempts and a half a day to get through! Let’s see how long the refund takes. They never answer the phone so hard to keep track of order.

DO NOT BY FRM BED WORLD ON EBAY SCAMMY liars ordered mattress topper n say I received when I haven’t they give u stupid tracking number which makes no sense I made mistake not looking at reviews before ordering

I purchased a bed frame and mattress through these people but oh my god I would never touch this company again and would highly recommend that nobody else does either honestly Mickey Mouse could do a better job. They are very quick to take your payment and then the stress begins. The website promises delivery within 6-12 days that’s a joke in its self. I got a call from someone who could barely speak English saying my order would be delivered 7 days after placing the order between 12-7. On the morning if that day I received a text message to say it wasn’t going to be that day as the lorry had broken down. I then tried to email them about 10 emails were sent and not one was replied to. Found a telephone number to ring but that just gets an automated voice saying if you need to contact us to send an email and someone will answer you as soon as possible. That is complete and utter bull. About a week later I get another call with a delivery date and time. That day arrived and this time a van did turn up but to my shock and horror only a mattress turned up although the paperwork stated the bed frame as well. The driver rang his boss who informed me it was still sitting in there Huddersfield depot but could not be delivered now until the middle of the next week. Two days later I received another call to say that the frame was damaged and no longer available. Eventually I got them to agree to send me a different frame for the same price as there was no way I was paying anymore. Again a couple of days later I received another call to say it would be delivered the weekend after I was promised a mid week delivery due to them messing me around. That weekend arrived and blow me down at midday I get a message to say it won’t be happening as the driver has family issues. As you can imaging at this point I was fuming and tried sending endless emails again but no reply to any. Another week went by and finally I get another call to say the new frame will be delivered on the Monday between 12-7 but before I could say anything else to them they cut the call. To my relief I did finally get the frame after spending basically four weeks sleeping on the floor. This company is clearly run by the biggest group of cowboys and I would seriously suggest you save yourself the stress and upset and NEVER USE BEDWORLD!!!!!!!

One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with.
I bought a side opening ottoman bed which,when opened,there is nothing to stop the mattress which slides off on to the floor. Took approximately 3 emails to get a response which was basically “we will send you some anti slip matting” (the kind you put under a rug on a wooden floor). I was doubtful as to weather this would work but I still don’t know as it’s still not arrived. When asking as to it’s whereabouts in my next email,I was told “side opening ottoman beds should be pushed against a wall”,a statement which in itself is ridiculous but if this even was true then there is nothing to warn people of this anywhere on the website. I’ve asked to be put in contact with someone who runs the place,as each email is responded to by someone different & never reaches anywhere near a satisfactory solution,but nobody will speak to me directly. The telephone helpline is diverted to an automated message with instructions to email customer services,who are hopeless. In my last email,asking why the anti slip matting still hasn’t arrived,I was pretty much told to go & buy own as “it’s on about a £1 at Dunelm”. Even sent me a link for some on Amazon. Please do not use this cowboy outfit & if you have the misfortune to have used them,please share your experience on sites like this to warn other people. Oh & did I mention that this is actually 2 companies? Yes,Bed World is also aaa beds so I wouldn’t give them your business either. In the end I’ve had to find & modify matress stoppers from a slatted electric bed for £40 & now it works as intended. However,just looking at the bed at the moment annoys me & as soon as I’ve finished the other rooms in the house I will be looking to replace it.

Very put off by reviews - no initial confirmation- No way to contact by phone - however bed delivered within 8 working days. (Allow up to 12 on site) Phone call on day 6 and text to say delivery date on day 7. Very Pleased with bed.

Customer service is shocking. Short and rude replies.
Purchased bed through dunelm but had to deal with these clowns for a refund. Charging 40 quid just. To pick it up and take it back been waiting a week with a single bed and mattress in my living room.
Not replying to emails and can't find a contact number for love no money.

Would highly recommend not purchasing anything from them theyre a shambles

Bad customer service have mislaid my item refund requested and refused so have no item or and left out of pocket left lots of messages just get generic responce phone line just goes to answerphone and get no reply I’m shocked this company is aloud to trade am reporting this company to trading standards and other authorities absolutely disgusted you should be ashamed

I ordered a king size bed with 4 drawers and mattress for £450 and thought it was too good to be true and after reading the reviews I was scared. However I got a confirmation email instantly and regular updates with my order. It was delivered on time by 2 lovely delivery men. The bed is exactly what I ordered and the quality is what I would expect from the price. I honestly can't fault the process from start to finish and would order again!

Do not use!!!!!!! I purchased a bed 5 weeks ago, was told it would be delivered within 48 hours which I thought was brilliant considering covid19.
No bed 3 weeks later, eventually had to go elsewhere, requested refund, 2 weeks of constantly emailing them and continually being sent generic replies via email and still no refund. No one answering calls! I am 289:00 out of pocket and this company do not care.

Avoid better leave it at that dont like to be rude

This company is absolutely shocking and I would not purchase from them ever again.

They would say it’s top end mattress etc but it’s fake top end and I had bought 4000 sprung however when the mattress arrived they stuck the label on a glue and any good quality mattress it’s stitched also the quality of it it’s a joke.

When I had tried to contact them I had contacted them it’s always this individual her name is Danielle constantly negative and doesn’t know the first thing about problem solving.

They delay messages for at least 48 hours to reply as they drag to buy them time so you give up however they are operating business as usual and delivering as normal but not doing pick ups.

They are just jokes save yourselves time and energy do not bother with them as the reviews on site said they had 75 negative feedback which I didn’t see before buying all saying same thing CHEAP And FAKE.

Terrible company. Bought a mattress topper on 6th. Chose this company as said it would be delivered on 9th.

No tracking number provided. I emailed asking for the tracking number. All emails were ignored.

Saturday 11th . Still no mattress. Emailed again. Again ignored.
Tuesday 14th I emailed and got a reply with “ it will be with you by the end of the week “ and a tracking number.

When I searched the tracking number it claimed my address had been changed twice ( on 9th and 10th) but I could not have done that as I didn’t have the number until 14th.

Yodel tracking also claimed “ attempted delivery on 11th 0846 am. Couldn’t gain access and returned to sender “

I have cctv of my front door so I checked. No delivery attempted and obviously no calling card. Also why return to the sender straight away.

Also why lie and say it’s going to be delivered by the end of the week when the tracking number they themselves gave me showed it was returned to sender.

Don’t use this terrible company

What a lot of crap I had bought . I paid a good price as did not want to go cheap . Wait all day for it only to see a scruffy van pull up with a young man on his own handing me the paper to sign before he would get it off the van. Then he pull it into my home and left it by the door area and went . I was shocked to be abled to lift it as I am disabled . It was so light as a feather and no quality at all they couldn't even put their name on the bed which good companies of quality beds would do. Within the few days you could fill will the springs starting to collapse. I called to ask for a refund and then take the old one back. I was told to look at their policy where it says they they will take quite a sum of money. I then looked on the internet to see what my legal situation is as long as you are within 30 days you can have a full refund this is the law don't get ripped off by bed world . If you're out of the your 30-days you will get a replacement where you can choose another one up to the value that you paid, it is a shame that at a company that has shops around the country is offering such poor quality beds ruining their name. To be honest I wish I read trusted pilots before or I bought my bed because people I will tell the truth.

Bought a bed from bedworld-eBay omg where to begin , paid £261 which is relitavaly cheap , but ended up costing me well over £500 threw loss of earnings , first date of delivery should of been 4th feb , didn’t arrive , 3phone calls later it was definitely arriving on the 5th , took another day off work to receive said bed , didn’t arrive , iv now spoke to numerous staff at the Wakefield store , all repeating the same excuses that it will arrive the following day , 3 days later the base and head board arrives- no matrass- more phone calls , more time off work - eventually after making arrangements with the delivery company to leave in a safe place , I return to work ( rather tired from not having a bed for 8 days now ) came home from work and like and behold not one but two matrasses stuck in my small kitchen , more phone calls and I’m now expected to take even more time from my job so the matrass can be collected and obviously they cannot tell me when they are coming for it 😡please avoid this company I have had a nightmare 10 days

Got a super king bed and memory foam mattress for 300 pound from the show room in Huddersfield. The slats were poor quality snapped after 2 month under the weight but still amazing deal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My Dad ordered me a bed. Took the day off to wait in and it didn't arrive. When I called to enquire, THEY had the incorrect postcode. No one phoned me to check. Not my error but unwilling to redeliver that day. Offered me another day which is no good when you have already taken annual leave from work. Not good enough and very, very frustrating!

I ordered a mattress from bed world a week ago and it did not arrive on the two days it claimed that it was going to arrive. I then received a text message saying that it would arrive on Saturday from 7 am to 6 pm. It did not arrive then either! Today as I peeked out of my window I saw the mattress that I had ordered on the grass! The plastic is wet and dirty from the bottom but it has FINALLY arrived!!!!
