Day wasted
I am not happy with this company i was meant too get a bed delivered yesterday and it did not come thr day wasted waiting.
I contacted them which is a nit off a mission too get through only too be told it got redirected wnd the driver was meant too let me know. Fortunately i opted too pay on delivery so as soon as i got through i cancled my order
The customer service team were friendly and did try too help me but to little too late they are obviously under staffed too deal with the complainants i imagine they get

Woken up by driver before 7am I was still in bed, he was not helpful. Could not find the matress on his van at first. Then found it but it was the wrong size and not the one I had ordered.
Phoned them up and they were not helpful either. Have asked for a refund which has been agreed but will take up to 6 working days. Would not recommend them but if ordering make very sure you are very clear on what you want.

Ordered a 10" deep mattress with wire edge on eBay.
2 days later I received a rolled mattress, upon opening it I found a 7" thick cheap quality mattress with no wire in the edge and I could feel the springs through the sides, absolute carp.
So I took a photo with a tape measure and opened a return case on eBay, item not as described.
They offered me £10, they offered me a crappy 1" mattress topper, not good enough. I've stuck to my guns and demanded a return for full refund at their expense as dictated by eBay rules.
They've collected the mattress after a week but now I'm waiting for my refund.
They tried to say they've no record of an order for my username on eBay but they're just thick trying that one because the correspondence I'm having over eBay is in the username they're denying. God they're thick.
No matter, as it's now more than 2 working days since the bed went back to them I'll be calling eBay and escalating it so eBay will just refund me no problem.
I also will not be revising my negative feedback as they've had the cheek to ask me to do.
In the meantime my wife ordered a mattress from somewhere else, it came delivered flat so I could check it first. There's less chance of getting scammed if you can see what you're getting before it gets left in your house.
Moral of the story, order a mattress that comes delivered flat. Then check it on the van before taking delivery. If it isn't up to your expectations refuse the delivery and open an eBay not delivered case to get your money back.
Negative feedback also helps other users identify the shoddy companies such as this.

I have tried to contact Bed world past last month I need to place an order for 2 ottoman storage beds my phone has rang and rang are this company in business ?? Or are they passing there time on one picks up the phone put your act together

Absolutely awful. Ordered the bed on Ebay where they trade under the name of Bed-World. Bought a divan bed, the mattress collapsed within weeks and the divan collapsed too within a month. Repeatedly called and messaged, at one stage they said send the bed back but at my expense, when I said that was ludicrous they said they would replace half the bed! When on the phone to them, they conveniently disconnected halfway through the call. Never did what they promised

Bedland mattresses
Hello I bought a mattress, from this company through ebay, they advertised a12" extra deep mattress, they sent me a10" standard, I complained to bedland, and after many promises, they eventually sent me a mattress topper, and what a load of rubbish that was, 1" thick not even a cover on it, anyway after more emails, they said they would refund me £10 as a gesture of good will, I accepted there gesture, 4 days went by, still no refund, contacted them again regarding this gesture of good will, they said the person dealing with it isn't available and it should be refunded next 3 days, I've been passed from pillar to post with this company, and I am dam sure this £10 gesture of good will, isn't going to happen, any refund is almost instant, not upto now 7 days, and counting, don't buy from this firm either direct or through ebay, they are scammers, charging you for extra deep mattress, and only sending the thinner mattress which is cheaper, AVOID!

Bed World.Net reassure me that this Trust Pilot listed company are not the same in any way shape or form as BedWorld.
I too have made the mistake of leaving a bad review for Bed World.Net
I am now complaining to Ebay for allowing the company BedWorld to be operating on Ebay selling the shoddy mattress and beds, etc. Bed World have had 112 negative reviews in January 2018 .
I have just spoken again to Bed World.Net who tell me that they have to wait 3 years before they can change their name to Bed World. Net.......what a silly rule.

If i'd of read these reviews before i went ahead and ordered my single divan bed i wouldn't have placed an order.
First of all i wasn't informed of my time of delivery, i had to phone up myself to see what time the delivery was, upon ringing i was told that the delivery is door step only!! OMG thats ridiculous. Am i suppose to check this product on my own front door step and carry the bed up a flight of stairs, on my own!!!
I have never seen such a cheap and tacky bed in all my life. There are millions of staples attaching the fabric to the cheap MDF headboard and the same for underneath the base of the bed, one of the two wooden attachments for the back of the headboard was damaged.
The head board is a total different colour to the base of the bed which wasn't what was pictured on my order. One of the draws on the base of the bed doesn't shut because the alignment of the bed is out.
I've had a nightmare of a time trying to ring this firm (Bed-World) Please what ever you do. DO NOT order from this company.

My recent experience of trying to buy two mattresses from Bed World rates as the worst experience I have ever had of buying something on line.
I run a property management business and needed two new mattresses - one double and one king size.
I ordered a double mattress first and what they sent me was a king size which as damaged on the edge with a hole when it was delivered. I rang the company immediately and a very help female assured me that another one would be sent out.
The next mattress that came was a double but again this one was damaged with yet another hole in the fabric on the side.
Again I contacted the helpful young lady and she arranged for another one to be sent out.
I had ordered a king size which did come in the condition I would expect so this was good and I was hoping for the same condition for the next replacement.
I couldnt believe it when it was delivered to find this one was damaged.
The other problem was that depsite making it very clear that I did not live at the delivery address and that the double mattress was for a new tenant who could not move in until the mattress and asking for a call one hour before delivery, this simply failed to happen.
The last delivery was made and thankfully some of my tenants were in the house and to accept the delivery.
When I rang the company again the helpful lady was very defensive and tried to suggest that because the tenant had signed for the delivery this meant that they were agreeing that the mattress was in good condition. I then stated I wanted the matress collected and wanted a full refund.
It took bed world almost a week to pick up the mattress and the helpful female had confirmed in an email that once the mattress was with the delivery driver a refund would be issued immediately. Once the driver had collected the mattress, I rang Bed World and the girl I spoke to confirmed she would make a refund immediately. She asked me if I was going to leave positive feedback and I stated my feedback would reflect the service I had received and would be factual. She then stated that if I was going to leave negative feedback that a £40 collection charge could be deducted at which point I abruptly said I was ending the conversation and I was told by this young lady that there was no need to be aggresive!!! I received an email from PAypal and EBay confimring that a refund had been made and it has just cleared into my account this morning, 4 days later.
Despite many emails to the helpful young lady, there has been absolutely no apology whatsoever from this comaony for this absolute lack of quality control. This company has cost me lost rental revenue of a months rent of £625 and over four hours of my time has been wasted equating to £160 totalling £785.
I have already mentioned on the phone that I may be issuing bedworld with an invoice for lost revenue and my wasted time due to them sending 3 damaged mattresses.
I ordered a mattress from a different supplier and was sent a perfect undamaged mattress which had been packaged extremely well with protectors on all corners and a fabric protector round all sides as well as two layers of thick polythene.
Bed World's QC is non existant so I will never be buying anything else from this company and I would advise anyone else to do the same thing..

Don't trust Bed-world on eBay or Durest or Beds24hr whatever they call themselves...
In Oct 2016 we purchased a "GREY QUILTED MEMORY DIVAN BED SPRUNG MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS" from Bed-World on ebay (please do note the hyphen in their name) and when it turned up the quality was just terrible..
-No fitting instructions and poor quality / insufficient fittings.
-The "QUILTED" Divan had no quilting except on the headboard which was one layer of cheap looking fabric with zero padding which was also a material which didn't match the rest of the bed frame.
-I could probably poke my finger through some of the wood-panels if I tried hard enough.
-The fittings seem insufficient to hold the 2 parts of the divan together.
When trying to return the bed:-
- Pot luck whether they answer any of their 'Customer Services' numbers (01924 450 444 or 01924 458 855 listed in their eBay emails) or not.
-When they do answer they seem unsure whether they are "Bed-World" or "Durest"... Never a good sign with a company...
- I sent multiple emails to their "durestclaims" hotmail address that I found online. All emails went un-answered...
Note: This email contact address was listed on the Beds24hr website that I found online by searching for "bed" and the various Bed-World phone numbers (yes, that's a 3rd company name associated with this bed company in Dewsbury! Hmmmmm..).
-The price to pay to have the bed picked up varied every time I spoke to someone. £30, £40, £60...
-3 months after the bed was picked up by their courier Bed-world (or is it Durest, or is it Beds24hr?) haven't refunded us and when we chase them they say that they "Have no record" of it ever being returned...
We are still arguing this out with them. We don't yet have our £100 refund...
I wouldn't ever use them again and I suggest that you avoid, AVOID...
Please Note that Bedworld (no hyphen) seems to be a completely different organisation to Bed-World and they are based in a different UK location.
Therefore my comments are only related to Bed-World / Durest / Beds24hr.
