Fantastic little restaurant whilst traveling down from the Scottish hebrides with 8 kids we stopped of at the premier inn hotel and had dinner at the Beefeater used my Army discount, great food, amazing staff the older guy the older women and the good-looking red head women where a amazing , food was beautiful the staff where amazing would recommend rooms were clean and overall great experience.

Our server Ruby was an absolute star!!
She made our dining experience at white lodge perfect!
We would like to commend her friendly service and impecable manners to her team manager as after dealing with my own employees over the years i can say without fear of contradiction she is one to watch for the future.

Payed by card in pool table and no balls came out tryd to explain to person behind bar or shall I say Karen,,!got charged £3 with no reason or when will be refunded then kept pool table open for anybody else to make same mistake absolute disgusting and she made no effort to make sure no one fell for same mistake or con!!!

Beefeater marsh mill’s Plymouth, superb breakfast , highly recommend! Will be going again! And poached eggs were cooked correctly 👍

Springfield Park Beefeater in Tytherington. Waited a long time to be seated, then a long time for order to be taken. Waited another 20 minutes to have our plates cleared. Took the plates back myself and was given a mouthful of abuse from the bloke serving saying how he was too busy . Asked for coffees and dessert menu, another 20 minute wait. Sarcastic bloke bought the coffees, and then waited another 20 minutes for them to take payment. Disgusted. Not my problem if there are not enough staff, rude and sarcastic staff. Needless to say, wont be going again

Beefeater Woolwich. I had breakfast there because it is at the Premier Inn Hotel, and there is not much alternative in the early morning to get breakfast. The breakfast is really poor. The cooked food is only just warm. There are no options for a gluten free or dairy free diet. Nothing seems to be fresh, it is all out of a freezer or a plastic bag. The staff is rude and lazy, probably because they work for minimal wage and in poorest working conditions. The place is literally falling apart and needs a refurb.

Took ages to get served from staff and was hardly any customers in the service wasn't very good no manners from the staff serving and the food was awful especially when I paid over £25 for a surf and turf the steak had loads of fat the calamari was soggy (meant to be crispy) the king prawns were well over cooked and had little to no taste and the chips were the driest chips I've ever ate i had a lager with my dinner and it tasted like pipe cleaner and that was nearly £6 i don't normally write reviews but this has really disappointed me especially from the big chain they are they should either charge alot less or train their staff alot better

Visit Beefeater Dunstable regularly and normally excellent but on this occasion the Smothered Chicked was very poor. The portion was very small and about 5mm thick at most, resulting in it being dry and tough, small even for a child's portion. Serving staff were excellent as always but they were let down by the manager and chef neither of whom were available to help or support. Very disappointed and will think twice before going back.

Went in beefeater Chadderton
Tables full of waste from last people that had eaten. Queued at bar for ages as only 1 staff member on. Glasses and empty plates on nearly every table. The place wasn’t even busy thank god. Blinds were all half open half shut and broken. Place wasn’t very welcoming and I would steer clear if was going out for a meal. The food was ok for pub food but plates were still there an hour later and was on everyone else’s tables. The place needs an overall and more staff by the look of it def needs a refurb

We husband and I stayed at the premiere inn Croydon south that was good we went to the Beefeater on site was disappointed as staff rude after driving from Wales need food was told was not taking reservations we looked in restaurant to find tables empty we found a waiter and he then gave us a table order food and drinks to find food cold and staff very rude our drinks came after we finished our meal so we took them to sit in the bar staff also rude one waitress
so rude saying load we are understaffed so we did not stay for breakfast

Went to Stirling beefeater beside the city centre premier inn . Waited over an hour to get our order taken ….eventually got up and walked out . Eaten here for years and absolutely disgusted with the service

Mc Donald's is a better resturant or even shit off the street. Went to caple resturant waited 2 hours for main which was cold and wouldn't serve to a dog. Been eating there for 15 years.will never go there again

Trying to access my rewards to exchange some points and I just get a page that says "You have been blocked." Even worse, it lists an AMERICAN phone number for support. Utterly useless clowns. Just so you know, you lost a meal for 8 people, I'm booking somewhere else now that doesnt block their customers from accessing their site. Cant repeat enough times how idiotic this is.

Food dire, seen better presentation of food in a 10 year olds cookery class. Remember to register your car otherwise you will be fined £95 for the pleasure if visiting this 'restaurant'. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We went for a lunch the food was lovely and hot the staff where very welcoming and friendly and Mel our waitress couldn’t do enough for us

Worst breakfast i have ever tried to eat. uncooked bacon that smelt dried eggs and the rest was cold. only nice bit was the toast and that's because you do that yourselves waste of time and effort to go there..taunton somerset

On their Christmas Menu this year, the only Main - veggie option has Mushrooms & Spinach (I don't like either). Their normal menu veggie option: Hallo-Me - also has Mushrooms!!! It is also full of salt.

I'm meant to be going there with about 18 friends, only 3 of us are Vegetarians/Vegans... Veggie sides all have cheese (Cauliflower Cheese or Grilled Brussels Sprouts Gratin). Only veggie starters: Soup of the Day or Cheese Fondue (not good for people who are dairy free).

It seems like their chefs know nothing at all about Vegetarian/Vegan food or they couldn't care less about them.

So best avoided if you don't eat meat!!!

I've been to Beefeater 3 times over the summer, encouraged by a good food and service experience the first time and being enrolled on the Rewards system with the promise of offers for money spent as well as birthday meal etc.
My parties spent over £400 using my card, every receipt acknowledged that the points had been credited but I couldn't sign in to check / use the points.
I contacted 3 times Whitbread (Beefeater marketing and customer service) to point out that I couldn't avail of the rewards I'd earned and as such they were misrepresenting themselves and conning customers.

I can appreciate the disappointment caused, unfortunately ,as previously advised we no longer accept card registrations as our reward scheme has changed.

You would need to visit the restaurant website to sign up for our online scheme. I do apologise that I am unable to assist you further on this occasion, we do advise that this has been reviewed by management and we do advise that this will be our final response regarding this matter.

So now we see Whitbread treats its loyal customers?

As much as I had great food and service from the outlet I used (Crewe Beefeater), I will never use them again, I put a load of business their way and they never even apologised for the misunderstanding (the Crewe staff, on each of 3 occasions I went, encouraged me and my party to joing the schemes, gave us promotional material with rewards cards attached) and offered me a compensatory meal voucher which I should have got for my birthday never mind the £400 plus business I put their way?!
