I ordered a Wasp block for the enterance to one of my colonies of Honeybee. I recieved my order to find it was Nationsl BS Honey wax foundation. So I rang the company and spoke to Elena and she was amazing. She sorted out my problem with no issues and is even sending me my original order of a wasp block. Thank you so much.

I ordered some completed brood frames which were on an offer at the time. The quality was good and all I had to do was slip the foundation into the frames and nail to the top bar. It saved a lot of time doing it that way.

Great gear and excellent service, all put into service since it’s arrival. So pleased that I am just about to make another order.

My order was made, and arrived fast and well packaged.

The order arrived ok. But on opening, the varroa strips had been stuck to the top of the box: Apilife var and apistan. On opening to use The Apilife var strips are broken into pieces! They are expensive. And with£10+ charged for freight I think that's not ok. I expect fragile items to arrive whole, not taped to a large, heavy box! I'm disappointed.

I also wanted the Candipollein gold in 1/2 kg packs: I got some from a friend so know they are available. You don't stock them. Please look into this.

I ordered a starter kit as a present. It was sent in two boxes, one of which failed to arrive. I have half a beehive which is useless. Despite several calls, it has not appeared and customer service has lots of nice words but no action.
I’m happy to say that the order has now been successfully delivered and the incomplete first delivery has been collected.

Overall my experience 9.5 out of 10 and I only dropped the .5 due to them running out of stock and giving me a refund which might be unfair dropping it but that's life
