Mattress purchase
Took my elderly mum to purchase a new mattress - nothing fancy, just comfortable. Kyle understood what we were looking for, gave us the options and didn’t try and force her to buy something she didn’t want.
Consequently she very quickly picked what she wanted and purchase, delivery and removal of old mattress was all sorted very quickly.

Shop experience review. We were assisted by John who took on board the need for a bed within budget for someone who has badly healed veterbrae. His guidance and patience were fantastic. Purchase was made easy and there was no pushing to buy the most expensive of anything. Really pleased.

Ben and Mark were brilliant
Ben and Mark were brilliant. They chatted to us, made us laugh and were so courteous and respectful. They wore big booties which I appreciated.
They explained everything to us advising us of the care required when lifting the base up.
What a great team they make. A pleasure to have these two deliver and assemble our new bed.
What a clean, concise and lovely experience all round. From purchase in-store to waving Ben and Mark off after delivery... Brilliant!
