I went in store today and got amazing…
I went in store today and got amazing customer service by a member of staff Kyle. He listened to what I wanted didn’t try and push me into anything, I’d had a bed from there many years before and wanted the same mattress for the new bed and he new which one it was. Printed out the information so I could go away and look at it no hard sell. I left the store had a read over and within twenty went back in to purchase and he made the whole process so easy.

Bought a bargain ex display bed
Bought a bargain ex display bed, carefully delivered next day. There was a problem with the headboard but a store manager came out right away and fixed it. Would shop there again.

Pleasant Experience
Lynsey was pleasant & helpful, and more importantly didn’t badger us as some salespeople do.
We’d spotted a bed on the last day of a sale but needed time to think about it and said if we were interested we may come back. My wife went back in the evening and Lynsey had all the paperwork ready.
Can’t comment on the bed as delivery next week but overall a helpful and unpressurised experience.
