It's been so long I've forgotten her name but the lady who helped me find the right bed for me was both lovely, and helped me find exactly what I needed, I've never slept better.
Great experience from beginning to end. Would have loved it to arrive sooner but when they produce to order I guess you have to expect some lead time

Great service, both in the Benson for bed showroom informative emails and when the bed was delivered for two men delivering it polite, took their shoes off before entering the house and took the bed upstairs

Fantastic products at a decent price. Going instore (Ashford) Kaylee was super helpful and non-pressured and helped us with our purchase. Absolutely terrific and spent considerable time running through the options. Bought a single duvet base single mattress on bedside cabinet which were delivered on time professionally and without fuss clearing away all rubbish so recommended to all.
