This is the 3rd time I’ve bought from Bensons! I have bench marked each time and the service, price and aftercare s 2nd to none. Another purchase as we had a good experience last year we went again for a n electric bed excellent service good price point thank you Leanne and team.

They took my details down wrong in the store meaning the credit check for 0% finance didn't go through. I never heard anything until ringing on the delivery date to check delivery time and be told there was an outstanding balance. I had to go in, pay the remainder in full (even though the 0% finance had been what convinced me to put down the deposit in the first place!) to be delivered the week after and received no discount on the item, all I managed to get was a duvet after complaining.

The mattress itself is good, but the service wasn't.

The worst thing you can ever pay for, it will loose the shape after few days …

Hi just purchased a new bed for my daughter,She struggles with anxierty and other issues,She and i felt so at ease in the ashton under lynn store,No hard sales person,The staff where so helpfull,We went twice just to get the feel for the bed she chose,Just waiting for this to be deliverd this comeing friday now,

This is the third bed we’ve bought from Bensons and the buying experience has been great each time.
We were kept informed at every stage and delivery was when they said it would be.
The only issue was when they delivered all the boxes, they took them all up to the bedroom apart from the one with the headboard in saying it wouldn’t go up the stairs and I’d have to unpack it and take the contents up myself.
The weird thing was, my wife and I managed to get it upstairs and into the room ourselves so I’m not sure what the problem was. I’ve knocked a star off because of this.
It’s not put us off Bensons and we’d buy from them again. It’s just slightly annoying when you pay for delivery.

I went in to my local Bensons branch to look for wardrobes and came out having purchased a wardrobe and a bed. Was served by an amazing lady called Aga who made the experience very pleasant.

Great service from the minute we walked in, no pressure, helpful support when we needed it, plenty of choice, and a straightforward purchase process, I would recommend, and use again.

Managed to purchase a new bed with very little fuss. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and only offered advice when I requested it. Which is a definite plus rather than being hassled all the time.

From walking into the shop to receiving our bed settee the level of sevice was and still is excellent.
Being able to track the delivery and get plenty of delivery updates was extremely helpful.
Delivery of the bed settee was excellent, from introducing themselves, and being very polite to putting shoe covers on at the door step. Couldn't fault, from start to finish. Would certainly use them again.

We wanted one bed so he gave us the measurements, left us to go home measure up and unfortunately our first choice wouldn't fit.
