Bensons for beds are awesome! Their sales staff offer the best non biased advice and we've ended up with the most lovely looking and comfortable bed.
They kept us extremely well informed with regular text messages and emailed updates when they issued a firm delivery date and ETA.
On the day prior to delivery, the drivers called to check that we would be ready for delivery. They also called on the day to confirm the time.
All in all, I'm glad to have given Bensons another order for a new bed and would not go elsewhere for when the time comes around to replace the bed we now have.

Unfortunately I ordered a small double mattress by mistake which should have been a double!!!!!!
When realising my mistake I returned to the shop the following day and told the manager.
The manager and staff were absolutely brilliant and told me not to worry as they will arrange an exchange and try to deliver before Exmas
This was achieved at no extra charge for the new matress, delivery and collection of the old one to be returned!!!!
If this is the normal after service that your company provide i congratulate you and thank you
Rest assured I would recommend Bensons over and above all other companies

I have purchesed from Bensons For Beds twice now. The assistants on both visits has been friendly, welcoming ans very helpful. There tracking system on day of delivery is excellent, and the driver phoned half an hour before delivery. I can't fault my experience with Bensons. Would highly recomend.
