Excellent Service
I received my new bed, pillow and headboard quickly and was ably assisted by Luke and Fax. They had excellent knowledge in which bed and headboard to choose. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Positive experience when choosing our new mattress.
On entering the store we were pleased to see a good range of beds on show and available to lie on for evaluation. Such showrooms are rather scarce but this would justify the journey we had made. The two staff members (Brian and Luke) who assisted us were knowledgeable, gave us plenty of information and answered our questions, with a professional and friendly approach. We never felt pressurised or rushed which was important to us. We felt supported in making our own decision on our new mattress.

Aylesbury branch. The lady allowed me to browse first before asking if I needed help. She showed me what was available in small double size and options of coverings. She measured the dimensions of the headboard for me so that when I was back home I could check the fit more accurately as we have a sloping ceiling.
All of the headboards looked to be good quality.
She informed me of the delivery time. I ordered and paid for my headboard and I have been given a date.

Fantastic experience
Staff were very polite, helpful, made us feel comfortable and not pushy in any way. My partner and I walked in just to browse and ended up buying a bed we are ecstatic with. From the time we went into the Aylesbury store we nothing but friendly and professional service.
The delivery time was very short.
