Very good service on the shop and the delivery was excellent

The members of staff were funny and attentive. Weren't pushy whatsoever and were super knowledgeable and helpful. Would go there again and again for any future purchases.

Tom at Aylesford was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were invited to take our time, ask as many questions as we liked. Everything was fully explained, without any pressure to purchase. We were given excellent advice and feel confident with our purchase.

I was very impressed with the service I received when visiting Bensons at Aylesford, Kent.
The salesperson (Vikki) was excellent. She was very patient, showing me numerous beds and explaining the pros and cons of each one. Testing them out proved her knowledge of the products to be spot on.
She answered all of my questions, but at no stage did she push me towards one model, and was very patient.
Having provided a full quotation, that included base and headboard, I left feeling far more informed than when I first went in.
It only took a couple of days to refine the quote and I then phoned through and ordered the bed.
Vikki was a shining example of how a sales person should be, professional, knowing her products inside out and non pushy.

Tom at the Aylesford Kent branch is an actual asset to the company.
He served my Mum last year and she purchased a bed with him and recommended that we went to see him and he did not disappoint.

He didn't pounce on us as soon as we entered the store but when we was ready he was there for us.
He knows his stuff and us very professional and made what can be a stressful purchase into an easy one.

Being in customer care myself, I feel that he should be promoted to train others in how to serve a customer (and I do not say this often).

Cannot wait for our new bed for our first home and will make moving in together exciting knowing that we will be having decent nights sleep in our super king;)

We went to the showroom twice, because we wanted to have a look at other places to make sure we got it right, the reason we went back to Bensons was the sales person we had was Tom he was very knowledgeable, answered our questions honestly, was not pushy, but very patient as my husband and I had very different ideas, with Tom’s help we ordered a bed, and both very pleased we did. Looking forward to it arriving.

We were not pressurised, very helpful information given when we asked a question. No trouble too much.Would recommend without hesitation.

The salesman was unobtrusive so we didn’t feel pressured. He was helpful and guided us skilfully to the best options for us, giving us pros and cons of each product we showed interest in. We had intended it to be a research trip and not to actually buy that day. However we left very happily having bought a new bed mattress and headboard so full marks to a skillful salesman. He got the balance just right
