Worst Experience
I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the repeated changes to the delivery dates of my orders over the past three months. Despite multiple assurances, the agreed delivery timelines have not been honored, resulting in significant inconvenience and disruption.
The pattern of delays and last-minute rescheduling has now become a recurring issue, which not only affects our planning and operations but also undermines trust in your service reliability. Clear and consistent communication is crucial, and unfortunately, that expectation has not been met.

From the minute I walked into the Stairfoot Barnsley store to 4 days later sleeping on my new mattress the customer service and product from Benson beds has been the best I have ever received.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff in store, good prices and a full explanation of products and procedures including delivery dates.
Regular emails and reminders about times and dates of delivery and punctual delivery staff who removed and recycled my old mattress and left me with my new one in just 15 minutes.
Extremely satisfied with my new mattress and am very happy to promote the Benson Bed team to anyone interested in purchasing a new mattress or bed.
