We was very disappointed with the…
We was very disappointed with the delivery experience. The delivery driver was rude and very reluctant to take the new mattress upstairs. He did eventually take it up, but only after making it clear he didn’t want to and complaining about the stairs.
He also told us that we had ordered the wrong bed and implied that our house was unsuitable because the stairs were difficult.
We understand deliveries can be challenging, but the attitude and lack of willingness to help were unacceptable and really let down what should have been an exciting purchase.

Great customer service!
We had been looking for a bed for weeks and quite frankly ready to give up.
Then we visited the Benson's at Mayflower and was warmly greeted by Rachel. Her approach and manner was warm and yet professional. Her kind and honest approach helped us make the decision to purchase our bed and mattress there. We received our bed 3 weeks later and so far, so good!

I just want to say a Massive thank you
I just want to say a Massive thank you. The man that I spoke to in the shop was very helpful, if I remember his name was Ronnie. He answered all the questions he was polite and very professional. My dad came with me and he uses a walking stick he told my dad that there is a lift for him to use if needed. Also the people that came and made the bed they was very nice and again very professional. I will be definitely be recommend bensons for beds to others.

Great bed and great service
We bought a new ottoman bed and super king i-gel 5000 mattress (firm).
We are sleeping better already.
Lovely bed and mattress at a competitive price and we were well served by Helen at the Basildon branch.
Delivery was bang on schedule as well and the guys did well to wrestle the mattress up the stairs!
