Jay at the Beckton branch was fantastic! I found my dream bed and mattress with him on the 27th June. It was difficult to find my dream bed in the delivery time we needed but Jay managed to do that for us. He was so accommodating, professional and very knowledgable.

Delivered on date arranged, team always keeping you informed regarding of steps to your delivery. Staff delivering my mattress were very polite and helpful. This is 2nd delivery i have had from this company. I find them to be very trusting that you are going to get what you order, with delivery staff/ shop staff very organised and always helpfull.

We had an excellent experience receiving professional advice and trying out beds at the Beckton branch. The selection of bed frames and mattresses available to test is very impressive.
During our visits, we received superb service from Jay. He gave us plenty of helpful tips and guidance on what to look for, while also giving us the space to explore and try things at our own pace. When it came to making the purchase, he went above and beyond, offering us a deal that was hard to resist.
The support did not end once the invoice was settled — Jay was extremely helpful in accommodating a late change to our order, which we really appreciated.

From purchase all the way to delivery, the experience exceeded my expectations. The day after purchasing my bed & mattress I saw the same items on the bensons website for slightly cheaper than what I paid due to an online promotion. The team wasted no time in finding a way to price match and successfully managed to do so which led to me saving about £80. For that I can’t thank them enough. On the day of purchase i was given the space to browse, review my choices and even reassess bed frames/mattresses before making the ultimate decision. Thank you to the entire team.
