Had such a great experience in store…
Had such a great experience in store with the lovely Jenna & Tia. We had called in to look for a mattress that we needed quickly as another company had let us down. Jenna was amazing and took her time explaining all the different options. We ended up with the tempur pro plus mattress and it has exceeded all expectations. Thanks again Jenna and Tia for everything you have done for us! You both are a credit to the store.

The paperwork you that you sign is misleading about returning the bed and if you exchange it for something cheaper they won’t pay you the difference. I will never buy this way again

Fantastic products, but.......
Fantastic products at a reasonable price.
Unfortunately there were two disappointments with the order though.
1. They delivered the correct mattress but wrong bed on the first delivery leaving me sleeping on a mattress on the floor for a fortnight.
2. When they then delivered the correct bed they left big dirty handprints on my freshly decorated walls.

Purchase and setup of our tempur beds
From the original sale to the delivery of the final product these guys were faultless, sales lady was great not pushy, very knowledgeable and we got everything we wanted.
The delivery and assembly team were amazing, 2 young guys, but so polite and efficient couldn't pick fault in anything.
Would highly recommend and use again

Love the bed. I was helped to choose the right bed and mattress for my needs by staff member who was really nice and listened to what I needed and guided me to the right bed for me. Also the two guys that delivered and assembled it were really good. They were very easy to speak too. They worked quickly and left the room tidy. I was happy with the results.

Can’t recommend Bendins enough. I bought a bed and mattress from them 11 years ago, the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I recently purchased a new mattress which has just been delivered. The staff in Belfast and the delivery drivers were so helpful. A very positive experience.
