Purchased a mattress from the Bishop Auckland store, Wanted a good mattress to support my back problem, spoke to Steph who was super helpful, very supportive & knowledgeable, she was patient and listened and wasn't pushy, my daughter thought she was fun which made the experience so much easier as its never easy shopping with a 12 yr old if you're not shopping for them 😂. Cant fault the staff
Cant fault the staff, Decent selection of mattresses. No drawn out process when it came time to order.
Expected a quicker delivery date but the timescale they gave wasn't that bad.
