Efficient and friendly service from start to finish
The mattress we were interested in was available in a local store to try out. We were given advice about how long we should test it for and there was nothing rushed or pushy going on in relation to sales, which was much appreciated. The member of staff was helpful and we felt we got a comparable deal with sourcing the mattress on line. It was about two weeks between purchase and delivery, we were kept well informed by text message of the delivery schedule and were able to track the van during the two delivery time slot. The delivery service was speedy and efficient...all in all we would definitely recommend Bensons.

He clearly explained financing options and specifics around fabric choices and mattress composition. The store was also clean and had an inviting atmosphere, and a good selection of products.
