Great communication from all departments
We were offered lots of options of mattresses to try out. We were left to ourselves to choose our preference with no pressure.
Communication relating to the delivery was excellent with plenty of updates and calls from the driver the day before.
The two delivery men John & Paul were excellent with great humour whilst imparting important information. Thank you to them for a first class experience!

A great job done
The team turned up on time having rung half an hour in advance as promised. They were polite and helpful, and just got on with the job. They were efficient, too, taking barely half an hour to assemble everything and hand over what they needed to. A refreshing change from my typical experience.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff
Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and gave us the information needed to make our choice. We had ample time to try the different mattresses before we made our decision. Delivery crew were polite and respectful of our home, taking care both inside and outside our property.

Went in for a bed of my daughter and the chap who helped us gave honest and really helpful advice to my me and my daughter about what to think about in terms of comfort and what she actually wanted.
Top service, not intrusive as we looked, but helpful in the right way to make it an easy purchase.

Really good service. From the showroom to delivery, Benson's were excellent. Refreshing to have people phone up to confirm delivery rather than rely totally on AI.

Amazing quality, comfortable new divan bed
The divan bed I purchased is of the highest quality, robust with beautiful soft suede material. I chose a high luxury headboard and a 4 drawer bed base for storage. The memory foam air mattress in medium firm is so comfortable, I have had the best night sleep in ages! Bensons for Beds have provided an amazing customer service, from purchase to delivery and assembly of my new divan bed. A special thank you to the delivery team who also assembled my bed, they went above and beyond, were impressive, friendly, professional and ensured I was happy with everything before they left. I recommend Bensons for Beds to everyone and will always purchase any new beds from them.
