We visited Brislington branch, and I have to say I was truly impressed with the service, advice and help provided by Kally – from when we entered the premises to completion of the order, she handled the sale most professionally. This has given us full confidence in Benson for Beds and we will certainly recommend the company whenever we can do so.

Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful without being at all pushy.

Nice welcome by Kally as we entered the store. Excellent selection of beds . We told Kally what wwe were looking for and she was very helpful and friendly. No pressurised selling which we like but very helpful advice and plenty of time to walk around store and make our choice. An excellent shopping experience and would highly recommend this store.

Great experience, would highly recommend. Walked into Bristol Brislington store and was served by Chloe. She was so knowledgeable and able to answer my questions with honesty. While making my order, she told me deals that were available and encouraged me to make use of the one delivery fee for multiple items. My bed, mattress and sofa was delivered only 2 weeks later by Gary and Warren. These guys were so helpful and friendly. They put the bed together in no time and even helped me to assemble to sofa which was not part of their service. After helping me, they took away all the cardboard and rubbish and left with a smile. Couldn't recommend this company enough. Made moving to a new place so easy.

I was given great advice on what mattress is best for me being a side sleeper.

Spencer from the Brislington store just sold us a bed for our guest room. He listened to our needs, showed us what was best suited to us within our budget, and discussed the pros and cons of each. Never once did we feel rushed. Which is why we came back after having purchased a mattress for our master from him in December. And a super nice chap too!

It took a very long time for me to decide on the mattress I wanted, but Spencer and the rest of the team were very helpful and patient with me, and gave me a great deal on a returned mattress and some lovely pillows

Clean well presented store, no hassle from sales staff.
Partly our fault for not checking but had bed guard & mattress protector added without being asked. Also disappointed that we had to pay two delivery charges for two separate purchases but being delivered together.

Purchased a tempur pillow and mattress - they don’t honour the tmepur guarantee and have their own so be aware. Mattress is 40days and pillows 14days they told me I had 45days in store so I’ve been lied to. Now they won’t let me return the pillow. Won’t be shopping here in the future.

ordered my bed November last year. waited 6 weeks headboard didn't make it off the truck and one of the bases was damaged. waiting another 6 weeks for redelivery now just had a message to say it's not being delivered for another 17 days, appalling service. now looking for a full refund. don't know how a company can treat people this way.

Kally was very helpful friendly, was very professional in her manner didn’t hover but knew when to offer assistance

Wonderful salesperson, Spencer. I think, he, together with the great range of beds brought us back for a second time. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new bed.

Purchased a double bed and ottoman divan base,at Brislington Bristol Store,Spencer the salesman was very good and knowledgeable, but thats the only positive, I had taken a days annual leave to receive delivery of the bed,we had been organised and arranged disposal of our old bed prior to the afternoon delivery slot on 20/01/25,The mattress was put in position in the bedroom, then we were told the loaders at Tewksbury had put the wrong base on the wagon,we were told customers services would be in contact very soon,the delivery team didn't ask if we had any health conditions or disabilities that would make sleeping on the floor difficult, as predicted no call from Benson's customer services, so we had to call them,long wait to get through due to bad weather.? Eventually got through to a adviser, and was told a different story the base was actually damaged in loading or transport,so someones telling lies ?,we were told we would receive a call.back.in 3 days time 23/01/25,again no call so had to call Bensons in Lancashire, adviser said the base will arrive on 19/02/25,so we are expected to sleep on the floor for 4 weeks ,not much empathy displayed, we asked for compensation, and as a good will gesture the advisor offered us a £30 Bensons voucher to use in store.🤣.So.at present we cant recommend Bensons, they are in breach of contract so we are taking this to a higher level.

The showroom was large & bright with lots of choice. Kally was so helpful & gave us lot of information & advice.

Me and my partner was looking for a new mattress and wasn’t sure on what to get. We got a lot of help from Spenser and he was telling us about the beds and showing us lots of options. Spenser was very helpful and we felt very welcomed by him he made our experience a lot easier. We’re very happy we have found an amazing mattress and lovely pillows. What I also liked Spenser asked us to take our time and he left us to look around and think what we like best.
