My visit to your store was excellent
My visit to your store was excellent. Sales assistant polite and knowledgeable.
However I have just been informed by email that my order is delayed by 10 days. Very unhappy as my grandson is visiting and the bed is needed hence I ordered it when I did. Don’t suppose there will be any refund on the £40 delivery charge I have paid !!!

Very helpful n friendly lady ,great experience and was not pushy or annoying at all I would say it made my desion to buy a mattress with Bensons in a good way I was left to decide n make my desion after all her good advice ,I was dreading it wen I first got there ,,but actually enjoyed choosing my new mattress it helped being able to try out the different types of mattresses and all my questions were answered by the sales lady 👍
