Great help and advise from Wendy and no pressure on the sale. Looking forward for the bed to arrive in a couple of weeks.

I knew straight away what I went in for. Lady who served us was great as she let us go and look at the beds. When we were ready she was nearby to answer questions and then took our order once we had done all our measurements. She explained in detail all the bits and extras (no push for us to take but explained in detail the benefits). It was quick and easy!

Spencer at the Brislington branch was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was buying a bed, I would highly recommend if you need help choosing a mattress

The lady who served us Julie from Bristol was so helpful she actually also served us previously when ŵe bought a mattress a couple of months ago. We were so pleased to have her serve us again, just purchased two ottermans and mattresses. Sad she is being made redundant a big loss to the store.She gave a great service.Also happy with previous mattress, just waiting delivery for the two new beds.

Excellent service

The assistant was very helpful and was there to answer any questions but gave us the time to try out the different mattresses without any pressure or rush.

The staff were very helpful. They advised me as to the best mattress for me. I only had to wait just over 2 weeks for delivery. The delivery person contacted me and let me know the time that they would be at my house, he was very friendly and helpful.

Marcus was a great sales representative. His knowledge was second to none. He made us feel at ease and very informed which made our decision easy! We ordered a double mattress and will be ordering a king size bed and mattress in about 4 weeks once our bedroom has been decorated.

Staff were very helpful, product was available to view in showroom.

Service in store was very excellent and great advice. Overall amazing.

I bought a bed and mattress on discount price. While in the shop, there was a pillow and bed head screws included. When I got home I couldn't find them anymore. Called the shop to enquire and was told pillow was not included and they did not find the screws. It's a shame because I clearly saw them with my purchase in the shop.

Found a quality frame and mattress at a reasonable price for when grandchildren visit. Helpful friendly salesman. Haven’t had delivery yet so can’t comment on that but it was only 2 weeks from purchase to delivery.

such an easy experience. We were served by Marcus and he never pressured us in anyway and was really helpful.
Have to admit we nearly walked straight out as we were looking gfor wardrobes but we thought they only had beds as it isn't advertised or shown very well. Wardrobes were amazing. We have been looking for ages and found exactly what we wanted thanks to Marcus.
