Really good experience from the time I walked into the store to the delivery of my new bed frame. Spencer was really friendly and helpful and talked me through the process.

5 star service from Spencer, We visited Brislington, Bristol Branch late on a Monday evening, meaning being there past closure. This was no issue for Spencer he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what we wanted/needed and helped us to choose the right mattress. Reasonable delivery times and prices. Highly recommended

We were given the space needed to browse but advise was given when wanted. Big thank you to Spencer in Brislington store who was very helpful in helping my elderly mother choose a matress, she had already tried another shop and left because she felt pressured but Spencer gave just the right amount of help. Also a big thank you for his persistence when the computer system wouldn't work. Bed arrived when expected and the delivery team were very polite and helpful. Good experience from start to finish.

Walked in to Bensons Beds, met wonderful salesman, Mark. We explained what we needed, he listened and he was able to take us straight to our preferences. Great experience as we were in and out! Bed being delivered in a few weeks!

We recently purchased a bed from one of your stores in Brislington retail park(Bristol), and we just wanted to write in to tell you what fantastic service we received! We were helped by a very friendly worker their called Marcus, he greeted us and then checked in on us from time to time as we went around the store offering some useful advice. We must have spent a good hour (if not longer) talking to Marcus, he was knowledgeable and was incredibly patient answering all our questions and really helped us to find the right bed and mattress for us.

We should also give a shout out to another worker Mark, who was also very friendly and helpful the first time we visited the store.
