We recently purchased a bed from one of your stores in Brislington retail park(Bristol), and we just wanted to write in to tell you what fantastic service we received! We were helped by a very friendly worker their called Marcus, he greeted us and then checked in on us from time to time as we went around the store offering some useful advice. We must have spent a good hour (if not longer) talking to Marcus, he was knowledgeable and was incredibly patient answering all our questions and really helped us to find the right bed and mattress for us.

We should also give a shout out to another worker Mark, who was also very friendly and helpful the first time we visited the store.

All staff at Brislington store were friendly and helpful.

From the moment we entered the show room we were greeted by a delightful young lady who proved to be knowledgeable about the products and guided us through the process of purchasing a new bed
We were not rushed in anyway at and we’re given time and space to choose
We are sure that the product will prove to be more than satisfactory when it is delivered

Really good customer service. The Assistant Manager helped us in finding the best mattress and pillows which were more comfortable for us. Highly recommend!
