Very positive experience shopping at Vensons for beds.
No pressure from sales staff who were available to talk to as needed. Relaxed atmosphere in the showroom and after I’d decided which mattress I wanted to purchase, the process was uncomplicated and member of staff professional, friendly and efficient.

Excellent information and description of beds in an initial visit. On the second visit to purchase excellent service. Clear explanation of costs, delivery and having the company build the bed and remove all packaging. Can’t fault the service we received. Richard was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products he showed us.

Would not recommend at all. We are elderly and were not given honest advice in the store in Bristol. It was too much trouble for us to arrange an exchange plus we wouldn’t have been able to choose a cheaper mattress. Their sales policies are very clever. I would never trust them again

It was a smooth process and Benson Beds kept me up to date on the progress of my order and arrived exactly as expected. Mattress is the best. Mark was very good at listening to what we wanted. He then said it would be good to wait a few days, so we could that take advantage of the bank holiday reduction. He was good to his word and we got a 25% reduction which was excellent.

Great quality furniture and easy to assemble. We have now bought 3 beds from bensons. Would not shop anywhere else. The delivery is always on time and the drivers super helpful and polite. Thank you.

We were helped immensely by Richard at Cribbs Causeway who was fantastic throughout the whole process, and helped is find our mattress just a few weeks before our wedding.

I was served in the shop by Omar, he was friendly and helpful in finding the right bed for my spare room and in finding the best available deal. The bed was delivered by Gary and Warren on the date agreed, they also set up the new bed and took away the old one plus all the packaging leaving everything neat and tidy, very happy with the service

The lady in the shop was helpful and patient with no pressure buying a new mattress whilst in a wheelchair and 92 years old can be hard work
