The Bensons Salesperson at the Cribbs Causeway, Bristol Branch, was above and beyond helpful. Julie was very professional, but at the same time exceptionally friendly and engaging. Providing us with all of the relevant information, we were able to make an informed choice. I feel sure that Julie would have provided the same dedicated five star service if we were only shopping for a pillow. We were pleasantly surprised by the pricing and a generous discount offer. Excellent service.

Reasonable quality of product
Reasonable quality of product, a couple of faults with the headboard and mattress but Bensons have agreed to exchange them. I await the replacements. Communication was good and service in the shop was outstanding

Excellent service from start to finish
We received excellent service from start to finish. The advisors in the showroom were very knowledgeable and this helped us decide quite quickly which bed was the one for us.
We only had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery and the delivery team were great. They were friendly and polite, automatically took their shoes off in the hall and navigated the huge boxes up our fairly narrow stairs with careful ease. All in all a very satisfactory experience and we'd highly recommend this company and their service teams to everyone.

Great experience from the moment we walked into the showroom. Staff were super helpful and very patient with us. We got a great deal and excellent advice. Delivery was a smooth experience with excellent communication and updates on the day. The delivery guys were great, assembled our bed and left no mess. Our bed, mattress and pillows are so comfortable.Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.

Friendly, helpful advice in store once we were ready; no sales pressure which we were thankful for. Smooth delivery process with lots of updates, a 2-hour delivery window and on-the-day tracking. Delivery team friendly and went above and beyond to help my 75 year old mother-in-law. After-sales email advice about the new mattress. Would recommend to anyone.
