Helpful and friendly in the shop
Helpful and friendly in the shop, delivered on the day that was given to us and on time kept informed about the delivery prior to delivery. Bed erected and the old one taken away leaving know mess or rubbish. The only downside was we didn’t get the mattress protector which should have came with the bed. To be fair I phoned up and it was posted out to us eventually.

The moment when we stepped into the Bensons Beds showroom and met your assistant, Tracey.
Tracey put us into ease and listened to what we wanted from a bed
Tracey took us to five or six using her experiance to what she thought that we benefit from that particuler bed, the bed that we decided that we would happy to own.
Tracey to us to her desk,still in no rush to write up a sale. Tracey asked us more questions and said the bed that we liked was the one.
Tracey is a credit to Bensons Bed, because of her product knowledge and a really good ear to hear what people need, in our case, we were happy and know that we were being looked after.
We have bought a bed from your company, in 2015, and we changed to a rise & fall bed to benefit my wife's bad back BUT it was one of worst mistake that we bought and we cant put it up any longer, which is why we came back to Bensons Beds and we were pleased that they still have caring staff like Tracey, in 2015 we had a young man called Tristam.
So you see, we are so pleased that Bensons Beds still employ caring staff and excellent products.

Yasmin was very helpful and friendly when choosing bedroom furniture, didn't feel rushed and also spent time looking at products online for different door and light options, very enjoyable experience with a lovely lady, all the other staff were very friendly too.

great service from Bhavis of the bury branch. No pressure at any time to purchase and he was excellent and helpful throughout the process. Very impressed and hence reason why we purchased the bed rather than go on line.

Impulse buy of a new mattress!
Yasmin at the Mill Retail Park in Bury first helped my sister with her purchase. There was a good discount of 25% off and we manages to get delivery included too. As I also needed a new mattress I decided to order mine through her too. She explained everything well such as delivery expectations and in case we didn’t like it, what our options were. She offered us additional products (toppers and accidental cover too). Great service - always good to be able to go and see/test too.
