Honest staff and good service, but a small issue with consistency
I had a good experience at this bed shop and want to highlight the honesty of the staff member who helped me. He explained everything clearly and gave straightforward advice without any pressure, which I genuinely appreciated. His approach made choosing a bed feel easy and reassuring. 🌼
However, I did face one small issue. On my first visit, I was offered free delivery, but during my next visit this offer was changed. The sudden change was a bit confusing and affected the overall impression.
Overall, the shop provides quality products and helpful staff. A little more consistency in offers would make the experience excellent.

Perfect Mattress and Pillow
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Able to try out products in store. No pressure to buy. Bought a Tempur mattress in store 5 years ago after much deliberation and discussion. Absolutely love it! The best mattress I’ve ever bought. Came in store last week to find the perfect pillow and found it. So happy!

My wife and I are in the process of moving house and need a beds and bedroom furniture, so we visited Bensons after first looking on line at other manufacturers and suppliers. Having browsed the shop floor and looked at a particular bed frame and mattress we decided to checkout the competition across the park, however, before we left Simon had chat about the produce’s and prices. He bid us farewell and looked forward to our return if we did not see what we were looking. Within a 30 minutes we returned and did the deal. This was thanks to Simon being so helpful and guiding us to a product we both liked and tried out. We can’t wait to have it delivered and erected by the Bensons staff.
Finally a special thanks to Simon for the time spent with us, a true gentleman.

An exceptional experience
Great customer service from Adam in the bury store. He had an in depth knowledge of products and explained everything clearly. We experienced the Sleep match service and tried several mattresses before making our choice. It was quick and easy to purchase, choose our preferred delivery date and book mattress recycling so we don't have to mess around getting rid of our old mattress.
