Staff were very knowledgeable about their beds which was helpful. Once mattress was chosen was advised of different payment methods.
Delivery was to a time slot and was reminded by text of date & time slot & then called 30 mins before delivery to advise on their way. The delivery was done with care for my property. Would recommend this company.

Staff were knowledgeable, accommodating and not pushy

Good knowledge in store, Carlisle shop is good to go to if you need advice. Website was nice and easy to use, only negative is the finance for it doesn't allow you to leave a deposit online which was rather annoying. Wanted to put a good chunk down on a deposit so we'd be paying over less time.

From the moment we walked into the store, Ryan made us feel welcome without being overbearing. He greeted us politely, explained that he’d let us have a look around first, and said he’d check back with us shortly. It was such a refreshing approach as we never felt pressured or like we were being followed around the store.

When he did come over, his knowledge of the different bed frames and mattresses was exceptional. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and worked hard to find options within our budget. I really appreciated how honest he was - he even ruled out certain products himself because they would take us too far over budget, rather than trying to upsell us. He also gave genuine advice on the different styles of beds based on what we actually needed, which made the whole experience feel trustworthy.

Ryan couldn’t have been friendlier, and the whole team in the store were fantastic. They were brilliant with our children and genuinely couldn’t have been more accommodating, making the whole visit relaxed and enjoyable.

The process of buying our bed was seamless from start to finish. Ryan explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood everything I was signing, and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and Ryan is a real credit to Benson for Beds. We’d happily recommend both him and the store to anyone looking for a new bed.

Frendly helpfull staff

Great service especially when we had to cancel the delivery last minute and again until my mum was able to get into her new property. When they arrived they delivered the bed in great time with no problems and built it quickly and efficiently. They gave us the advice we needed to know and how to use the ottoman carefully.

From start to delivery it was perfect. I am only sorry I don't need to buy extra beds.

Brilliant effortless experience from start to finish. No ‘hard sell, just professional efficient customer service from Ryan. We were directed through the store to areas we may be interested in. All questions were fully answered. Clearly staff are highly trained by the company which ensures very high customer satisfaction. Ryan is a great ambassador for the company.
