A pleasant experience
The shop staff were very helpful and patient while we tried out different options and asked questions. The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery and assembly of our storage bed was quick and efficient. Altogether a pleasant and satisfactory experience.

The customer service was really good also any and I mean literally any question I had they had a answer for which I found amazing and the man that helped me really knew his stuff about beds overall my experience was great and I was more than satisfied

Reece was helpful & Knowledgeable in store.
It took a lot of phone calls to contact someone to make a change to my order - however once I was able to speak to the store manager he was superb & rapidly dealt with my requests.

We made four visits to the store in total before deciding on our purchases and, throughout, the staff member who dealt with us, as well as the other staff, were very helpful and informative. This made for a satisfying and reassuring experience which we appreciated.

Bensons 100% the best
I bought a Sealy double mattress a couple of monthsd ago from Ryan at the Carlisle store.He was very helpful and the Sealy Mattras was top quality so I had no hesitation in buying two single Sealy Mattresses in the recent sale, again Ryan was very helpful. Bensons asfter sales service is also very good. I would always make Bensons my first port of call when needing new bedding. They are competitively priced and a customer focused company.
