The salesman (Ryan I think) in store was incredibly helpful and not pushy as you often expect. He listened to our price point and feedback of preferences. We tried a few mattresses and quickly found a favourite. Ryan was knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each type of bed. We easily organised a delivery date and the contact about date and time slot was clear with good reminders and on the day delivery tracking. My delivery was on time and delivered with care.

The guy who served us was amazing—great people skills and helped us find excellent deals. We ended up spending less than we expected! There should be more employees like him.
However, my experience quickly changed when I went to pick up one of the TV beds. A lady opened the back gate, and I mentioned that her colleague had told me he would assist in loading the items onto my SUV’s roof rack. Her response was, "This is why we tell people to come with two people. He’s busy with a customer."
I was shocked. Before I paid, everyone was polite, but after, I was treated completely differently. I was left waiting at the back door for over 30 minutes. When I finally went inside, I saw her sitting at the desk, laughing with another employee. In the end, I had to load everything myself, using a bin as a ladder.
Because of that one person’s attitude, I will never spend another penny at this branch. Instead, I took my £4,000 and purchased a bed from Dreams. Customer service matters, and I definitely won’t be recommending this store to anyone

Karl at the Carlisle branch was very informative and pleasant ,and not in your face trying a hard sell, Karl explained all about the specifications, and was best to try all the mattresses before deciding,then left us to it, I am so pleased as we went in for a medium and came out with a firm IGel mattress really comfortable .

Brilliant Staff
We called into the Carlise shop, whilst saying in Carlise for the weekend. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful, not pushy at all.
They impressed that much that we went back into the Carlise branch on Sunday and purchased a new bed even though our local branch was in York.
