The gentleman who dealt with us was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable, but he did not try to out any pressure on us at all. He explained the pros and cons of various bed we looked at and gave us an extremely good deal on the one we chose. The bed will be delivered and assembled for us and the old one taken away for recycling. What better service could anybody want?

The mattress we purchased was clearly not a firm mattress, we both "fell" into the middle. The "independent" examiner was not independent. The tests were useless.
It was resolved but we had hassle and were out of pocket for something we felt not fit for purpose.
We will not use Bensons again.

Lisa in the shop was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Didn’t push us in to spending more than we needed. In fact we didn’t intend to purchase anything that day but Lisa was so helpful ended up ringing the shop an hour later to place the order!

The lady in the Carlisle showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable. The mattress I bought was delivered only 8 days later. The delivery men rang me an hour before they were due and were polite and efficient.

We looked at a wardrobe in store and the lady provided us with all the info we needed. We got our measurements and went straight back to order.

this was my second purchase from Carlisle Bensons shop. This time I met Victoria who very attentively picked up all my cues of needs and wants and guided me to a small selection of mattresses which would fill my needs. Victoria and Carl (manager) were strongly supportive of my previously disappointing experience with a mattress and made the purchase decision relatively easy. I await the delivery and trial period with eagerness.
