Placed two separate orders via Carlisle branch. Service in store excellent with relevant information provided but without any pressurised selling. Communication regarding delivery timeframe extremely efficient and actual delivery completed on time and again, a respectful and highly professional service received. Karl the salesman was so professional and efficient. His knowledge of both beds and mattresses was exceptional and he made us feel at ease. Karl was friendly and listened to what we wanted and he guided us round the showroom to show us what would be beneficial to us. We didn’t feel pressured which was refreshing.
The showroom was nice and airy and very clean. There was a wide selection for us to choose from. We decided to buy a full bed with the tempur sensation elite mattress. We would recommend both the store and Karl the salesman to our friends and family. Overall we had a excellent experience

Customer service spot on polite, informative, courteous gentleman called Ryan. Brilliant job fully explained all the details re furniture and sorted paperwork efficiently setting up my agreement. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company. Deserves a Pat on the back.
