I had an excellent experience with Benson from start to finish.
Communication was clear and professional throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently and our concerns were were answered honestly by Adam for Benson for beds.

Overall I am pleased with my new bed
Overall I am pleased with my new bed, but after it was delivered we found a fair bit of damage to our staircase wall and a lot of damage to our banisters, they had chipped the paint off all the way down the large part of the banister, and tore the wallpaper at the bottom of the staircase

Easy from choosing a base and mattress in the Chelmsford store... didn't feel pressurised to buy or to rush choosing what I wanted. The sales person was very helpful and gave us options.
Kept me updated to the date of delivery and the delivery men were equally as polite and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Staff helpful in store. Short delivery times avoided staying in all day. Driver telephoned so say that he would be with me in 40 minutes which he was & within the delivery times given.
