Thay were very helpful to find the right mattress for me as I have arthritis in my hips and back so need a firm one thay showed me the mattresses to show the firmness of them Scott was helpful he was polite helpful and curtius for my tipe of needs and well manned so I was very pleased with the man thank you so much

After visiting numerous other bed shops, I found my dream bed and a lovely mattress which came with fabulous customer service. Not pushy at all and allowed me to take my time without hovering over me.

Great sales Rep her name was Lei
Great sales Rep her name was Lei, she is one of those sales women you just buy from because of how nice & friendly she was. Importantly, I did not feel pressured to buy like some sales people do.
I have ADHD so making a decision can be either too rash or, too many options which makes me run. Lei went over all my options clearly and broke them down for me to go away and think. Then I came back because of her good service, and she still went over them again to ensure I was comfortable before purchasing. I would definitely say I had an outstanding service. And walked away with a new purchase in time before the Christmas delivery.

Great service, got exactly what we wanted
New bed made in England so even better.
Delivery on time, every thing was packed well . Took old mattress away wrapped up to be recycled which is another win. Too great guys delivered installed mattresses they were clean and tidy in presentation and professional .
