When we entered we were asked what we were looking for, it was then explained about discounts, finance etc. But then we were left to look which was great. Only when we asked for help they joined us. Brought the bed straight away down to the service given.

Good collection of bedroom furniture and knowledgable staff
Recently visited the Benson for Beds store and my experience was good. They have good collection and variety of bedroom furniture . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Intasar from sales team was really helpful, and explained every details of the choosen product. All in all a good experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone setting up their home.

I popped into Bensons For Beds in Coventry where the Sales Person named Intasar was very helpful indeed.
He knew my budget and the fact that I needed to factor in the price, assembly of the bed.
He wasn’t pushy at all, just very friendly and efficient & explained the process of delivery etc.

Intasar fabulous sales staff
Intasar in the Coventry store was fabulous, very helpful full of knowledge and useful information and therefore able to help us purchase the perfect bed and mattress.
We were quite overwhelmed by all the differences and returned three times with him able to answer all our questions with great patience resulting in our purchase.
