Salesperson wasn’t pushy and helped me find my perfect bed in my budget
The salesman was so helpful and kind and easy to chat to, he helped me find the perfect bed for me in the budget I had, he wasn’t pushy at all and I didn’t feel like I had to make a purchase that day if I didn’t find the perfect bed. I love the bed I have now, I sleep so well!

The delivery team were excellent
In store, Matt was very helpful and went through all of the options with us for what we wanted. When the bed, mattress and bedside tables were delivered, the delivery team were excellent. They went above and beyond and ensured everything was in place and took all of the packaging away. Highly recommend.

We visited Bensons Beds on Friday 16th June, we have already purchased from Bensons before so we knew exactly what it was that we wanted. Spoke to the advisor very knowledgeable in knowing what it was we were asking for, explained that the item we were looking for was discontinued and gave us other options of fairly the same product.
